Comments: *** Warning*** Do yourself a favor, do not order from Racks for All as they do not back up their products and their return policy is garbage... even Waalmart has a better return policy so save yourself some headache there. I wish I could give them a big fat "Zero" for rating but the lowest I can pick is a 1.
Seller Response:This customer installed and used his rack for quite some time, discarded packaging and related parts, and then decided he wanted to return it because he no longer liked it. Our return policy does not permit returning used items that are not in the original packaging.

Rating + 2 Less than expected

Product was delivered to wrong address and in two very oversized packages. Why the items couldn't be put in one package is beyond me so additional shipping charges were incured.
Seller Response:We appreciate this feedback but is not factually correct. We shipped from two warehouses to fill this $8.00 order and the packages were correctly addressed and delivered to the customer address provided to us by Newegg. The customer was not charged incrementally for the cost of shipping two packages instead of one. We bore that expense.

    PLEASE NOTE: Products must be returned unused in their original packaging in saleable condition within 30 days of your original receipt. If not received within 30 days of shipment receipt, no credit will be issued. Partially assembled racks or racks/bags that have been used to transport gear may not be returned. Outdoor gear (bikes, camping gear, etc.) that have been used are also not returnable.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
