This item took a huge amount of time to arrive. I was worried it wouldn't make it for Christmas. When it did arrive the packaging was completely mangled and smashed. The contents were thankfully ok but I had to remove it from the box and re package it myself to give it as a gift.

Ordered Christmas present for my wife and it arrived on time. Cant say in what condition because it was stolen off my porch within the 2hrs I happen to not be home. Score is based on delivery since i actually never even seen it. Not going to knock any points off for that.

Rating + 3 Definitely a Gamble

I purchased the True Blood Blu-ray Box set from Region-Free Titles before reading any of the reviews. Once I had read some of the reviews, I started to become a bit worried that I would be waiting a while for the item to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had arrived just 1 week after placing the order.

The discs were in good shape, minus a few smudges on one or two of them, but the cases were all broken. Every case. There's a thin rib of plastic that keeps the case from squishing in the middle, and that thin rib was broken out on all five cases. This wasn't something which was visible from the outside of the case, and it didn't affect they way it opened or closed, but it's a significant indication of how their products are handled in shipping.

On a positive note, I saved a ton of money on this item, by ordering from them and all the Blu-ray discs played just fine in my PS4.

Ordering from Region-Free Titles seems like a gamble, but in my case, it was worth it.

I ordered the Harry Potter collection from this seller with the expectation that it would come after Christmas, but I was surprised that it arrived before Christmas. The family was able to watch all of the movies in a binge marathon. Couple this with the great price, I have nothing but high praises for Region-Free Titles

Item came shrink-wrapped, but turned out to be used instead of new as advertised, as the case was scuffed and one of the discs inside was missing. Seller refunded the original purchase amount, but could not refund return shipping despite their return policy stating otherwise as of May 2014. Overall communication was fair.

I'm grateful that the seller was honest enough to refund the original purchase price, but I'm still ultimately out some time and shipping costs due to their error and unfortunately there were too many missteps to award a good rating. Hopefully they check their products more carefully in the future and change the details of their return policy to more accurately reflect the service they can provide through Newegg.

Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean 1-4 Blu-Ray Box Set (Region A/B)

Emailed whom ever, no reply. Its been 5 days fedex still has the package, It says "Initiated" Shipment information sent to FedEx. It said this for 5 days and counting. Meaning the package has not removed since. I will never buy from this so called store again. Now my money is gone for this item.

The product arrived quickly and as described except for the fact that the box was damaged. It looked like it was cut into. None of the DVDs were affected, but that is just poor.

    You may return new, unopened items sold by Region-Free Titles within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

    There is no restocking fee on unopened items still in shrink wrapping. There is also no restocking fees for items received defective or damaged. All items out of shrink wrapping fee that were not received damaged or defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your account to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
