Still waiting on my order that says it's been shipped. Unfortunately that is all you get no other info. When you call the company you get a recording to email them and they will get back to you in 24 hours. Still trying to figure out 24 hours from when! Not only am I disappointed in this company but Newegg as well. The only reason they get one star is because it won't let me do zero which is what they deserve.

Ordered present 11-21. It never arrived; and no one exists at SC jewels. No phone service; emails are not replied to; and I'm so upset it's criminal.

The company had a miscount on inventory and I didn't get refunded for a lengthy amount of time after the order was made. I emailed the customer service and didn't even get replied too... very poor service!

looks nice but thats it. the band is way to thin. I felt it was way to much money for it. The picture and info on this needs to be better. Would not buy again

The gold chain is exactly how described. I wear it 24/7 and have had no problem with it.

Not as pictured, very thin , almost breakable , cheap made , cheap look . Not recommended, I will go to a normal store to see it first and buy it at the end
