Rating + 1 Absolutely Horrible Seller STAY AWAY FROM SHOWERDOORDIRECT !!!!!!!

I ordered a Danze Shower Valve Trim in Oil Rubbed Bronze. The packaging of what was sent was for Tumbled Bronze and what was inside was Aged Copper. ShowerDoorDirect got everything about this order wrong, and then they refused to even respond to attempts at contact. NewEgg had to step in to issue it's own refund. I hope ShowerDoorDirect is penalized in some serious way for their unbelievably poor service.

Received a different item from what was ordered. Did not realize it was wrong until after it was installed. Contacted seller (Shower Door Direct) over 2 weeks ago for a replacement. Haven't received anything yet. Very slow response.

Rating + 1 Two weeks to tell me the poduct was out of stock

Showerdoordirect waited two weeks to send me an email that the product was out of stock despite being listed as in stock online. I have been waiting for this product to be delivered the entire time. This is how internet businesses die.

Ordered some window handle for our Pella windows. The shipping was outrageously expensive. The product was inconsistent, some fit, some did not, you could see the holes were different sizes. They weren't even from the mfg listed on the sales page. The final insult was when I contacted New Egg about it.... they completely ignored me, never heard boo from them. Never, ever order anything from a third party through Newegg - neither they, nor the third party have any interest in selling the proper product or taking care of you when you contact them about a problem.

Rating + 1 mine's cheaper than anyone else, I don't have it so any price is good...

Great price but you can't sell something you don't have. A 1 pound product was supposedly shipped and weighed 34#'s but never made it to the shipper. I would also never use Newegg again for a non-direct Newegg product. When there was a problem Newegg said take it up with with the vendor. Thanks I'll shop at a vendor that sells products where they take care of problems, even outside vendors. Where refunds come fast and they stand behind their sellers.

It took three attempts to get the right item I ordered. They sent the wrong item twice. When calling their customer service you always get a recording that they will call you back which doesn't happen. It took a lot of my time and phone calls to get the right item that I originaly ordered!

I bought the Zadro Z200 Fogless Lighted Clock Shaving Mirror through Newegg from SHOWERDOORDIRECT. It arrived in excellent condition, and much more quickly than I anticipated. More importantly, it functions as I expected. I would definitely buy products from them again.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
