Item shipped was not was ordered. Entire experience with ordering from NewEgg was one of the worst I've ever had online. I will not order from here again, nor would I ever recommend them.

Laminator arrived four days late in ripped up retail box. Buzzed and rattled loudly when we plugged it in and would not draw laminate sheets through its feed-in slot. I had this same model of laminator for 6 years before needing to order a replacement and would swear by its lightweight, sturdy and flat-packing versatility, but SPN Imports sent me a non-functioning product. DO NOT buy from them.

Sent an email to the seller after I discovered the mount was missing a couple parts. They replied the next day and sent out the missing parts, which I got a few days later. Was very happy I didn't have to send anything back, and that they replied and sent out the missing parts right away.

Rating + 1 Poor inspection/QC

SPN needs to inspect better. The item I got arrived damaged. It was well packed, such that shipping could not have caused the damage.

Fortunately the damage only affected one product feature that I didn't require. So I had no need to return the product and am actually happy with it. My problem is that merchandise should never ship in a damaged state.

Rating + 1 Missing/Defective parts

Package was missing 2 screws and the HDMI cable was defective (had cuts, and was not working when tested).

I asked for an RMA, but it got cancelled without any notification :-(

Would not buy again from SPN Imports.

Rating + 1 manual does not match product

the manual in the box does not match the product received. contacted them, very bad customer service. recipient does not want the product because of the bad customer service, but they refuse to send return label. they want him to pay to ship it back even though the item does not have matching manual.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
