I don't know if it was the seller's fault or the shipper's fault. I'm writing this review and I still haven't recieved my items. On the newegg website it was stated that my items had shipped on December 1st. It said it would take 5-15 days, so I waited while also trying to track it with no success. After December 15 I called newegg and they said my order didn't even ship until December 7th.This was my first time using Newegg and I was very dissapointed. Now I'm still waiting for my package and the person I called said he can't even track it because it was still in China.

Rating + 1 where do i begin...

this was the worst buy i've ever made online in 10+ years. the tablet's power button broke within 30 days of receiving it. they told me to RMA it using "most economy shipping" and to send them a picture of the receipt showing i shipped it and they would send me a replacement "immediately". here i am 6 months later and my 5 year old son doesn't have his birthday present. they refuse to send a replacement or even acknowledge that they received it, despite the fact they said they would ship before receiving (i was scammed). newegg has been 0 help in this issue as well. i'll never buy another product from newegg, letalone this HORRIBLE seller.

Shipping was a bit slow since it came from China, but it was still within the projected delivery date. Also, since it was an import, there was no "Tracking Code".

Wiimote arrived in perfect condition and synced up immediately.

Would definitely buy from again.

Rating + 1 Really bad customer service

they sent a VERY defective tablet to me, I requested an RMA, and 3+ weeks later, they still havent even responded to it. The product took forever to get here, and had minimal protection, despite warnings inside the packaging that it was fragile, and shouldnt be subject to the types of jarring and impacts it was likely to receive going through customs and the USPS

How worse can it get then being told you will receive an item in x time and then it's doubled with excuses about shipping. If there was a zero egg rating I would give that. I'm LIVID! Now I have to deal with getting a refund.
