I purchased two tablet covers for my two Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0's that I just bought at the same time on Oct 31, 2012 as Christmas gifts. They were intended to be covers for the 2 Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 tablets I had ordered at the same time. The case covers don't fit and the company, Sale Axis, is refusing to RMA the items, indicating it's been too long since the item was ordered.
I didn't realize that the items were from a 3rd party company. I bought these items with the thought that Newegg is on the name, so I'm covered right? Wrong. Sale Axis is refusing to RMA these items since it's been over the 30 day return policy. I guess you have to check who Newegg is using to 3rd party your items now, or in my case, just stop using Newegg. Truly sad that Newegg is allowing these 3rd party companies to use the Newegg name yet not provide the same level of customer service.

After 15 days of waiting, at Christmas, I email seller and the response is USPS lost package and a new one was sent on the same day I requested a refund. 14 more days put package here after Christmas. Do Not Trust This Seller.

As of yet I am still waiting for the merchandice. Never got it. when approached by Newegg to resend it they refused. I did get a refund. This seller gives Newegg bad reputation. The item in question probably was delivered to a different address which has happened before. What the USPS does is out of my control as a consumer.

This seller described an item as fitting a certain cell phone but it does not. I sent them an email requesting a refund and a shipping return label. They instead sent me an email trying to charge me a restocking fee because it was a "quality issue." I responded that it was not "quality issue", but an issue of the seller deceiving the buyer with a inaccurate product description. Beware of this seller.

Since there was no tracking number I could track on line I called to track the package and it was very hard to reach you by phone, no answer several times. Since I was a first time user, I began to think ill of this site. Finally got thru and you tracked my item. Thanks.
