I ordered a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact from them. I emailed before and asked how soon they could hip my order and they told me they would do it the very same day. After my purchase I got a confirmation email within an hour with my tracking number and my phone was with me by the following day. Very satisfied and happy with them and would love to shop from them again!

We bought the Sony Xperia Z2 through them and when we got the package the seals were broken on the package. The plastic was removed from the cover of the tablet as well. Sale Tagz charged me a restocking fee and refused to pay for shipment. It didn't matter that we had pictures and a video clip proving the contents had been tampered with. I will never buy anything from them again. At least Newegg refunded my shopping costs.

We have checked our records on this order and there is no record of you ever reaching out to us with a problem request or return reason regarding this order. You have not contacted our customer support team nor did we ever refuse to compensate you. All we see is that you have returned a the item in good condition so we automatically charged ONLY 4% restocking fee (to cover the shipping costs) instead of 15%, this is because we try to keep our customers happy as possible and don't just charge because we can.

Sometimes, our employees in the warehouse can make mistakes, if they have shipped to you a used item by mistake we would have given you a full refund and offer to pay for the shipping costs, this is our policy when errors happen that are because of our mistakes.

Please note for future reference that it's always best to speak with the seller if you have any issue. We are here to keep you happy and come again.

item because a couple small scratches. They said the phone has physical damage but there are no cracks or nothing on the phone. When typing a message or anything with the keyboard it goes crazy and types all over the place. Now Newegg has been great at trying to help me out but SaleTagz refuses to do anything about it because 2 very small scratches that has nothing to do with the problem. I would stay away from buying anything from SaleTagz as they wont return anything. Sony even said it would not void the warranty. Please stay away from SaleTagz

As a rule we do our best to serve our customers in the best way possible and offer a very reasonable return policy. We accept returns for many reasons as we understand that electronics are not always compatible for all users and there can be so many reasons to return an item, this is 100% fine with us. Having said that, we find it difficult to accept returns that are damaged by the customer. When you return a smartphone with multiple scratches on the screen, this is considered customer damaged and we might decide not to accept the item. We are sorry you are disappointed but happy you've reached out to us again in order to purchase a new item, even after what you wrote here.

    We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing to shop with us. In the event that you are not satisfied and would like to return the item you have purchased, We offer 30 days return policy under the following conditions:

    Our 30 days return policy starts from the day you received your item.

    Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.

    If item has been opened and/or used, a 15% restocking fee may be applied for a refund or an exchange.

    A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with missing parts.

RMA instructions
