Rating + 1 TERRIBLE

Shipped me product AFTER I canceled the order. They shipped a power supply in a document envelope, not even in a box. They then gave me the runaround for almost 2 weeks after filing for an RMA. Now I have to get rid of this on my own. I will not order from them OR New Egg ever again as a result. Shop local.

Rating + 1 STAY CLEAR!!!

I wish had had seen these bad reviews before I decided to buy from them. The memory the sold me went bad in under 3 months. After numerous emails and complaints from me, they said they would issue a refund. WRONG! I sent the memory back 3 weeks ago and they keep stringing me along telling me they have not heard back from their receiving department. I don't think they ever will. What a scam!!!

Rating + 1 Scam Sellers

Save Mart is a Scam business, They either mess up the order and charge you to return it or get the item they were suppose to send. Ordered an item, it said it was shipped would take 5-10 days. Never came. Has been 3 weeks never got a tracking number or anything. When asking them they say please rate us 5 stars because you vip.

The seller is a 0 star seller and SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED. DON"T BUT FROM THEM. The 5 star reviews for them are fake, they are all phrased the same.With the scammers replying saying thanks.

They ignore most the 1 star reviews.

Rating + 1 Won't make that mistake again

My experience with items fulfilled by Newegg has been great. When I purchased this item, I didn't notice that it was in their Marketplace & fulfilled by a third party. Customer service requests are a headache & SaveMart's broken English responses have left me a bit frustrated. I would recommend buying direct from Newegg & avoiding this third-party supplier, if possible.
