Rating + 1 Product listing misleading. No battery for sony digital camera.

Beware if ordering a digital camera from secondipity, as it may not include a battery, essentially nullifying the savings of buying a refurb (battery costs >25$). The description does not indicate in any way that it would not come with a battery, and in fact, it is pictured in the listing as having the original box (actually came in bubble wrap). This was purchased as a gift, and needless to say, it was embarrassing to give a camera that does not work out of the box because it did not have a battery, especially as this was to be for their upcoming trip. Will update if seller takes steps to make this right.

Rating + 1 Worst Products

Purchased a Refurbished Portable Speaker, the first one they sent was physically damaged. I had to send it back and get a replacement item, which also was not working correctly and had Bluetooth connection always dropping. Please avoid this seller.

Rating + 1 Sent me wrong item

I ordered Sony MDR-XB950BT/B Extra Bass Bluetooth Wireless Headphones w/Microphone - Black, and they sent me some random in-ear Sony headphones instead. I've already ordered a different Sony Headphone (Sony MDR-ZX750BN Full Size Bluetooth and Noise Cancelling Binaural Headset - Black) 2 weeks ago, they canceled the stock, so I order the MDR-XB950BT/B a week ago and get sent some random in-ear headphone, you cant imagine how annoyed I am, having waited 2+ weeks already for a nice quality headphone. If this distributor is only one that works for SONY they need to be fired, because I'm getting real fed up having to wait to get a headphone, and due to SONY closing all their stores, I'd have to go out of my way to find a store that sells the headphones I want. Having waited 2 weeks and still don't have my headphones is a disgrace. NOW I have to send these back, and wait ANOTHER week or 2. That's why I give this distributor 1 star, I really like SONY, but this distributor is making me Frustrated with SONY.

Rating + 2 Poor product and bad packaging and no manual

Sorry I bought this Sony refurbush bluetooth speaker! One it just comes wrapped in a bouble wrap in a no name box, so it not great to give as a gift. Poor sound, no manual, I regret buying and giving it as a gift!

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
