The camera I bought was listed to include an SD card it did not. I was told to buy an SD card witch I did,then Tiger Direct lowered there price.So I will bet I get STATIC from secondipity that I paid to much.

Rating + 5 Refurbished: Sony NEX-F3K/S 16.1-Megapixel Digital Camera - Silver

Sony did a good job refurbishing the product. It looks and works as a brand new item. I'm excited with the product, so I'm buying more accessories for it including an E 55-200 lens. Also, the shipment arrived on the date just as it was promised.

Rating + 5 Refurbished: Sony MDRXB950BT/B Headphones

These things are like brand new, and have worked great. I saw some negative reviews about Secondipity, and I was worried after seeing them because I had already made the purchase before reading them. But my worries were for not. The product works great. I had to download the manual for them, but they're "refurbished", so it was not a big deal considering the money I saved.

Rating + 5 The proof is how they handle returns

Ordered a refurbished camera from Serendipity, through Newegg -- quick delivery. No original packaging or manual, just the hardware (camera, strap, usb cable, wall charger). This was expected -- no complaint.

I spent 2 weeks learning its features, but didn't take any outdoor photos until after about 10 days. Then-- I noticed every image had a black "smudge" in the same spot (it was hidden in photos of dark objects, but ruined every photo with light colored objects). Cleaning the lens didn't help; the defect was either dust on an internal lens, an aberration in the lens, or "dead" spots in the CMOS sensor.

Disappointed... but this can happen with refurbished items. Probably why the camera was returned for refurbishing in the first place; but the "shop" didn't know what to fix.

I contacted Serendipity and within 2 days they sent me an RMA and return shipping label. Sent it in with a request for either a refund or a replacement. Within 10 days I had a refund. Excellent response!

Rating + 1 Worst seller which l have ever dealt!

Shipped me a lesser headphones that I ordered, then couldn't give me a return label because neweegg wouldnt give them my email address....I had to send them"disguised" messages so they could obtain my email. Then NEVER follow through with ANYTHING! I had to email ever couple of days for everything. Still not convinced the earphones received were "refurbished" because they sound badly!

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
