Rating + 1 absolute joke of a business

If this company went out of business the world would be a better place in my opinion ! I purchased a camera from the and it was promptly delivered. Upon using the camera the day after receiving it , most pictures were covered in red and green lines. Defective sensor Sony techs say. Sent a request for an rma and that went unanswered. Sent another request for an rma in and THAT went unaswered. Emailed customer service to return the camera for a refund and AGAIN went unanswered. Emailed AGAIN , no answer. CALLED them , they were sending an email for an rma and never received it ! Called AGAIN and they said they would check on it and NEVER heard back. All emails and refund/rma requests go UNANSWERED . I have a defective camera that I cant return for a refund because NO ONE will contact me or respond to rma and refund requests !! STAY AWAY..Go to Amozon as Amozon is cheaper and their return/refund policy is MUCH better ! At least with Amozon you can get someone to RESPOND and CORRECT it !

Rating + 5 Prompt delivery, no surprises

I ordered 2 refurbished Acer Iconia One 7" tablets a couple of weeks apart from same seller and both were virtually identical. That's the kind of consistency I like when buying used products.

Rating + 1 Terrible Service

Service with this company is terrible. I ordered two Dell monitors; which were received the next day. I requested an RMA the following day due to the blurry image qualtiy and poor response time.

Two days later I got a message saying the item was out of warranty and I would need to contact Microsoft for support . I replied and asked again for an RMA explaining it had been here one day out of the 90 warranty;this time they replied to my Email by asking for my Email address.

I finally called Newegg to try and resolve the issue, they got the seller on the phone and they promoised RMA labels by the end of the day.

The next day I received ONE label; which was embedded in the Email rather than attached, making it darned near impossible to print properly.

I replied again asking about the second label, it has been 4 additional days and still no response.

I have called Newegg again to see how to proceed, hopefully it will be resolved soon. Newegg is great, this company terrible.

Rating + 1 You call that "refurbished"?

When the Refurbished: Acer Aspire AXC-603G-UW15 XC Compact Desktop PC - Intel Pentium J2900 2.41GHz arrived, I opened it immediately to upgrade RAM.

I discovered that the CPU heat sink is only attached by a single spring post, instead of the two required.

If I had plugged it in and turned it on, it would have been rattling around like crazy.

Makes me doubt that they even plug these things in when they "refurbish" them.

They sent my pair of Sony Bluetooth headphones with the bass boost unfurbished. This seems to be a pattern with this seller. I wish I had checked their reviews before I made this purchase. Now I have to wait til they respond to my claim.

They need zero egg ratings, don't buy thru people that sell THRU newegg. they are not newegg. rma and support are upto the other party not newegg. JOKE.. if i wanted to buy from a random company on the internet i 'have gone to newegg. Not again
