Ordered a UPS and the item never came. A non valid tracking number was used. Contacted seller and never heard from them. Had to open a ticket with NewEgg so they could get my money back. Thanks NewEgg for getting my money back.

I won't purchase anything from this re-seller again. I've still not received my item, after two emails requesting shipping info I finally got it. Purchased this on approximately November 10, it should not have taken this long. If I don't receive the item this week, I'm purchasing it from some where else and sending this back.

Great little card - i Highly Recommend it for anyone wanting to have TV on a PC while doing other tasks to keep up with New, Weather or Whatever.

I called them directly and was told they would price match but I had to purchase at full price first then be reimburst, I was ok with that. After weeks of calling them over and over they finally gave me only half of the agreed reimburstment. They were courteous and said they were working on it but months went by, I continued to call but never recieved the full amout. They blamed their credit card company for not following through. Either way I was lied to!

I have no problems with the f12 sub,
2 stars for the good product and courteousness I guess.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
