Standard Return Policy
a. To obtain a RA#, contact us via telephone at (718) 312-8868 or between the hours of 9AM-5:30PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), customers can call (212) 382-2122 or emailing email@example.com. RA# will be issued within 2-3 business days of request.
b. Products returned without a RA# will be returned to customer at customer's expense and will not be eligible for future returns.
c. Any RA# issued will expire within 10 business days from date of issue.
d. Customers have 30 days upon receipt of the item to return item for any reason for a refund or an exchange.
e. Reason for return must be specified when a request for a RA# is submitted.
2. Return the product to ShopAxis
a. Upon receipt of your RA#, write the RA# on the outside of the box or else returns will not be accepted.
b. Please return all items to the following address:

3. Your RA# will be processed and reviewed
a. It will take 2-3 business days from receipt of your return item to process your return request.
a. Replacement items will be shipped out upon approval of RA# request, usually within 2-3 business days upon receipt of item. Just like a new order, you will receive order confirmation and tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
b. If requested, a credit will be issued to you within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise.
a. For non-defective items returned, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Items must meet the conditions stated above and be in resaleable condition for a refund to be issued to customer.
2. For items that were damaged in transit, customer must provide pictures of the damaged items and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Customers also need to include a copy of the invoice in the return package.
