Rating + 1 Waited to inform that the item was out of stock.

I ordered an item 14 days before I needed it. They waited 8 days before informing me that the item was out of stock. They issued an RMA on my behalf without telling me why 3 days after I ordered it. I tried to get in contact with them through email and by phoning without luck. When I finally reached out to NewEgg - they responded immediately telling me that the item was out of stock. I was very disappointed that it took them so long to respond.

Rating + 1 Incompetent Company

This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a DVD / CD drive and they sent me a backup power supply. I returned the backup power supply while telling me they sent me the wrong item and they refuse to refund me because I sent them the wrong item (I guess they were expecting the DVD / CD drive). Stay away!!!

Rating + 1 Shipped wrong item

I ordered a simple dvd / blu ray drive from these geniuses and they sent me a backup battery instead. If they cannot ship a simple part correctly just imagine how badly they would botch up a complex order. Stay away these guys are severely incompetent.

    1. Contact us for a RA# (Return Authorization #)
    a. To obtain a RA#, contact us via telephone at (718) 312-8868 or between the hours of 9AM-5:30PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), customers can call (212) 382-2122 or emailing RA# will be issued within 2-3 business days of request.
    b. Products returned without a RA# will be returned to customer at customer's expense and will not be eligible for future returns.
    c. Any RA# issued will expire within 10 business days from date of issue.
    d. Customers have 30 days upon receipt of the item to return item for any reason for a refund or an exchange.
    e. Reason for return must be specified when a request for a RA# is submitted.

    2. Return the product to ShopAxis
    a. Upon receipt of your RA#, write the RA# on the outside of the box or else returns will not be accepted.
    b. Please return all items to the following address:

    3. Your RA# will be processed and reviewed
    a. It will take 2-3 business days from receipt of your return item to process your return request.

    4. Resolution
    a. Replacement items will be shipped out upon approval of RA# request, usually within 2-3 business days upon receipt of item. Just like a new order, you will receive order confirmation and tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
    b. If requested, a credit will be issued to you within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
