Within a day of my order the seller contacted me and asked if I'd intended to order both and canceled the second one when I told them I'd only meant to get one. The product arrived when expected.

Rating + 1 Cheap products, no service

Wanna get beat for your money? Then order from ShopBest! I ordered a power supply from this seller and when it burnt out a couple months later I contacted them for an RMA. I checked and the product was listed with a year warranty. Okay, cool. A week later though I still had never received a response so I contacted newegg to see what was going on. When working with newegg they couldn't find the product, because it had been removed shortly after I requested an RMA! So, there was no warranty information available and they had nothing to go on but my word that it had said one year warranty. Mind you shopbest never contacted me once throughout this whole thing. So, here I am with a burnt power supply and a lighter wallet. Weeeeeeee!!

I received this ontime as described in email. The card came with a driver CD which card loaded the wrong drivers I had to uninstall drivers, delete from system reinstall proper drivers worked great

Rating + 5 Awesome price and awesome service

I ordered set of RAM for my Windows PC from this seller. With the crazy weather that occurred during the end of Febuary/begining of March and the major shipping troubles that happened on the west coast, My 1st order got lost in the mail. When I contacted them, they responded right back to me. They weren't able to find out what happened to my 1st order so they set out a 2nd one right to me, at a loss. I definitely appreciate that kind of customer service and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

The seller sent a used unit with no cables or mounting screws, do not buy from this seller. Buyer beware.
