i received an hdmi to dvi converter cord from this company cam in 8 days (really slow) they used DHL with is probably the WORST shipping service known to human kind hell usps is better and thats really saying something the shipping had ZERO tracking, the number given didn't even work remotely and it was coming from T.N. i bereave? so giving the fact i live in the center of America this 8 day shipping is by far the slowest ive ever seen altho i am still waiting for a product from "WorthyToHave" that has taken 12 days ill report on that with them when i get the product my recommendation to this company would be PICK BETTER SHIPPING METHODS!

other then the bad its a fairly good product and i hope it lasts as long as my hdmi cords have

I had a defective product, and the seller replied within the first 48 hours. I had explained in detail why I was included to believe the product was defective, and that I would like a refund. The seller asked no further questions, and promptly issued a refund to my account.

No special issues with the seller, but the products aren't just low cost, they are junk. Most devices I connect reject the 12V USB adapter.

Bought the device. it did not work. Drivers on included CD were corrupted. Downloaded others still did not work. Attempted to contact vendor for RMA. Twice sent messages - no response. DO NOT BUY THIS.

I purchased a kinect mount for the xbox 360. Not only was the item used, but it was BROKEN. Multiple pieces are cracked and broken. I would not recommend this seller. This is a very poor experience. I am highly disappointed.
