I purchased these cables and Received them quickly. The cfables turned out not to be the correct cables for my application (my fault only) so I requested an RMA to return and the response was very timely as well as the credit back to my account. I would definitely recommend SmackTom.com to anyone.

Rating + 1 Shipping is abysmal

I'm sure glad I didn't really spend a lot of money or needed this product in a timely fashion, but after 8 days I can only track the order from being shipped from Ft. Lauderdale Fla. to Orlando, Fla, being shuffled between, ummm, "Shipping Partners".
I'm not even sure I understand exactly what that means but I do find it mildly amusing.

But, no, with all due respect to Newegg, I would NOT recommend buying from this vendor again.

Rating + 1 Wrong information

This is a hard Plastic that only fits Mackbook Pro 13" not 15". It didn't fit my computer and I can't sell it either because it was shipped with broken side pieces. I was told it was rubberized so it probably fits bot 13" and 15".
It was also very cheap plastic that seems it would fall apart in a few weeks anyway.

It's 12 days in and I still have not received my order. I need it by the end of the week, and would not have purchased this if I knew it would take forever to receive.

Rating + 1 Sends wrong product

I ordered a 10 pack of braided covered micro usb cords and they instead sent me the flat ribbon cords instead, which of course cost less. I contacted them about this error repeatedly and they would never respond to me. I could not exchange the cords and had no way to get a refund. Not a good seller and I will avoid anything from them in the future.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
