I had a part go bad after the warranty had expired and emailed them. They not only responded within 24 hours, but gave me a refund within the week. Very satisfied and would definitely buy from them again. Thanks SmackTom dot com!!

I ordered 3 USB phone chargers for my Galaxy S4 and 2/3 worked out the package. I requested a refund for the broken one, and they gave it to me. I definitely recommend, great service, and the phone chargers work and look great!

Rating + 1 Worst company I have dealt with through newegg

This is the worst company I have dealt with through I never received my order. Called the company many times with no answer and emailed multiple times with no response. I will never order anything from them again. I have to dispute my charges to get my money back. It has been over 3 weeks since the expected delivery date.

Rating + 1 Horrible Shipping

Yes, 0 eggs, *** Update, you can't choose 0 eggs so I had to give them 1, but I would give them 0 if I could.*** not because of the product, but because of how they ship the product. It took nearly 2 weeks from the time that the order shipped for me to receive it. I am in Houston, so there isn't any reason for it to take so long. I could have ordered the product from China and had it take that long.

I will never order from SmackTom again and I encourage New Egg to review their support of this vendor.

Rating + 1 Bad Shipping pricing

Feel free to look at the pricing of this seller. It isn't bad if you buy one item. But select 10 items of the same cheap stuff. Then look at the costs to overnight it. Yeah. $599 is a bit absurd.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
