Ordered headphones from them which had uneven earpads. Sent a message through Newegg and no response after over a week. No problems with actual delivery but don't expect any customer service afterwards if you have problems with your order.

Rating + 1 You will have to pay to return

This seller does not respond to RMA requests. Had to contact newegg and they responded to newegg and cc me on the msg. You then have to go through their store and log in then you have to pay to return the item. I understand shipping isn't free but if they have something you like go on over to Ama zon and buy it there and get headache free returns.

I requested the order be canceled shortly after placing the order... never heard back. I tried canceling again the next day.. never heard back. I emailed customer service before it shipped...never heard back. Now I have a speaker I don't want and I never heard ANYTHING from my numerous emails to the company.

The best sub in its class. The low's on this baby is low and sweet. I have two of these baby in a ported box on an Alpine Mono Amp(1100w) . You could here me subing a mile away!

Ordered one speaker set, then another in an accidentally duplicated order. One shipped in three days and the other shipped thirteen days after the order. Oddly it was the second order that shipped immediately; the first took nearly two weeks for them to process. Good item, though. Would buy again unless I needed it right away.

Ordered a headphone set from them over a month ago and the item still has not shipped. Attempts at contacting them have not resulted in a resolution to my order and a recent email has been ignored. I made the mistake of not checking their ratings prior to purchasing the item, I strongly recommend that you do not purchase from this seller.

Return Instruction
