Took over 1 month and still have not received complete order. Do NOT order from SpoilersForLess via NewEgg. NewEgg wants nothing to do with it.

- SpoilersForLess.com stands behind the products we sell. Therefore, we're proud to announce our new hassle free return policy to all customers:
Every qualifying item you purchase at SpoilersForLess.com must meet your standards - or you can return it within 30 days for a replacement or store credit of the full product cost, minus shipping.
The following terms apply to all returns:
Items must be in new or unused condition, including original tags and packaging - we cannot accept items that have been installed, used, worn or damaged.
Return requests must be made within 21 days from date of delivery.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA number.
Returned products must be received by SpoilersForLess.com within 10 business days from the date the RMA# is issued.
Customer must pay for the shipping of the returned or exchanged item back to SpoilersForLess.com.
Apparel exchanges for a different size will include free shipping back to customer (first exchange only).
Returns for a full refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All credits will be issued to the same payment method used at time of order. Fees paid for international duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
