Standard Return Policy
-Please contact Customer Support at 1.800.689.2001 EXT 3 or via email at email@example.com. Make sure to include your order #, product description, and reason for return.
-Note that we cannot process your return without an RMA # as it is required for ALL products. If your refuse your order and it is returned back to us you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
-If your item has been damaged in transit you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will then issue a "call tag" to have the item picked up. It is the customers responsibility to to see that the package is available for pickup by carrier, or to drop off the package within 7 business days of receipt to be eligible for refund.
-The customer must save all original packaging including packing materials to reseal the package for return. Damage claims will not be processed if the item is not in its original packaging.
-If the transit carrier determines the item was damaged during transit we will issue a complete refund of the purchase price of the item and shipping charges back to the credit card used to make the purchase. Damage in transit returns will not be assessed with restocking fees.
Items NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange:
-Game Used and Game Issued Items
-Merchandise that has been delivered more than 15 days prior to contacting our Customer Support Department.
-Pack the item securely and make sure to include the RMA # on the outside of the box.
-It is recommended to return your item via a carrier service that uses package tracking information for your records as well as ours.
-Feel free to contact us to confirm that we have received your product. This will assure that your refund will be processed accordingly.
