Rating + 2 At Least They Finally Sent It

It took 4 business days just for Storite to create a shipping label. They never did respond to my emails, even when I involved Newegg. Finally did get my HDD, but I will not buy from Storite again. Nearly all other vendors understand the need for prompt shipping and good comunication, clearly Storite has work to do in these areas.

Rating + 1 Two weeks no shipment, no contact, DO NOT BUY FROM STORITE!!!

Storite has not shipped anything, the order was placed over two weeks ago and they havent so much as emailed me telling me why there's a delay in shipment or even attempted to contact me for a refund. They sold a product they didnt have on hand, but the product was listed as in stock. Three or four days ago I contected seller through newegg requesting shipment of order or a refund, no response, reply or refund. Do not buy from Storite, you'll be waiting for a refund not a product. Newegg wont let me rate them as zero eggs.

Rating + 1 slowest shipping ever had from newegg

Will not buy from any seller on newegg again. I have not used newegg in some time but they used to be the best and purchased many, many, many items in the past and never had any issues. bought 4/22 now its the 28th and still no delivery date. Oh and its a 2-day priority mail package. Sorry but no more for me.

First off, thank you NEWEGG for covering the return shipping. Storite should have done this.
Storite has slow shipping of 2 hard drives. neither worked. I had to return items for refund and pay for shipping. Thankfully NEWEGG reimbursed me for that shipping. Storite's policy is to ship it back at YOUR expense making it a worthless time wasting transaction in which you end up with nothing.The shipping company is the only winner when you deal with Storite. I am opting to try the " SYBA SD-ADA50016 SATA to IDE (IDE to SATA) Bi-Directional Adapter"( instead of scouring the planet for an IDE hard drive.

After my order was sitting on verification for a couple days I emailed them to cancel it and refund me my money. Immediately after that email they shipped it anyways, and have been unresponsive since. DO NOT, ever,ever,ever, order anything from these people. You have been WARNED!

They won't answer phone, they don't answer emails and they aren't shipping my item either. Been almost 10 days and all they did was create a shipping label. Help me Newegg. You really should avoid this seller. Shame I had to give them 1 egg.

Avoid!! Sent different product than ordered, with no explanation. First contact lied about everything. Claimed nonexistent warrantee extension and "equivalent specs" of replacement (Wrong!). No documentation of either and packing list claimed original model was sent (no S/N listed for proof). Second contact answered none of my questions. Not worthy of being Newegg supplier.
