I have seen the poor ratings for this seller, but I have bought items from them twice now and the process has been fast and easy. I recommend this seller.

I had to rate this vendor as "Poor" because one of the 2 pair of knitting needles came as defective. I sent email twice and it was never acknowledged.

It has been almost one month and I still have not received the small paperback embroidery book I ordered. Not a large item and not difficult to mail. The tracking number for USPS did not work. I have no idea where "Stuff4" is or who they are. Are they legitimate? I KNOW, I should have checked that out before ordering.
When I finally read the reviews (foolish me, I read these AFTER placing the order) I was appalled at their low rating. This is the first time that I have ever ordered anything that I did not have a physical address and contact number for the vender. It is also the last. It may be USPS that is at fault, but I would think that even book-rate material would arrive before a month's time. So, for the time being they get ONE EGG for delivery and I get ZERO eggs for intelligent purchasing. Hopefully we will both fair better in the future.

I received a shipping number after placing my order. When I tracked the number, I found that the shipment had already been delivered to an address, other than the one I gave them, TWO WEEKS before I even place my order. When I inquired about this, they apologized and gave me a correct shipping number. Before my package arrived I realized that I had ordered the wrong item so I requested an RMA. They told me to just return the item when it arrived and I would be credited back the amount of the purchase. When the package arrived, I refused shipment. I tracked it back to them. That was over a month ago. I have not received anything back from them. Not a confirmation, not a credit, nothing!

I originally posted yesterday that they sent my order to the wrong address, well I recieved it today. The product was fine, they just gave me the wrong tracking number

i live in Oregon, these guys shipped my order to some random address in Kentucky. If you order from them (Stuff4) be prepared to have to deal with their incompetence..

my package is late for more than a week, the traking number the seller provided is useless, new egg should drop this seller is making one of my trusted websites look very bad

Ordered 20 boxes, got notice later from newegg that the order was partially canceled without my knowledge. Receieved only 5 boxes, no adjustment for shipping cost of the boxes, so I ended up paying more for shipping that the boxes. Communication from the seller would have helped the situation. Not happy to have not gotten an adjustment for much smaller shipment. Will most likely not use this vendor or newegg again.

I really wanted to give a zero overall rating. Feel taken by your company and scrapbooking. It's been a ring around the rosie for way to long. My simple request to send me additional product to complete my order would have been the right thing to do. You as the seller keep me in an endless loop of promises but no action!!!
