Rating + 1 Still havent received it

It's been 3 weeks and ten emails and I still haven't received the power supply yet!! I keep getting the run around, it's in the mail, or we'll send a replacement out today. I've asked for tracking numbers and nothing! This is the worst company I've dealt with in a long long time. Newegg needs to drop them as one of their sellers.

Rating + 1 Horrible Customer Service - Sent the wrong item & 3 weeks later, still hasn't been replaced.

I would stay clear of the retailer "Super Power Supply".
I ordered an antenna kit with 10-ft cables, and they sent one with only 3-ft cables. They offered two kits, and the one with 10-ft cables cost more than the one with 3-ft cables, but I needed the extra length, thus why I ordered it. When I asked for a replacement, they said "are you saying you need a longer extension cable? The cables we sent should work fine with those antennas"... As if they figured "close enough"... I said no, and I sent it back. It's been 3 weeks of "We'll get it to you asap" and "It must have gotten lost, would you just like a refund instead?" I ordered the kit entirely for the cables, I don't even need the antennas but I couldn't order the cables alone!
Stay clear! Find a different retailer!

Ordered 8/18 delivered 9/7. As long as you know what your in for at the start, you won't be dissapointed. Otherwise, product was very competitively priced and worked well

Rating + 2 I'm not entirely sure this company is run by human beings.

I ordered two 2.0A adapters, and selected expedited shipping (3-5 days), and it took almost two weeks for them to arrive. When they did arrive, one was loose in a little baggy, and the other was in another bag but also in a little cardboard box. Both looked rattled. They work fine, but the shipping number never actually worked, and they took way too long to arrive. Expect to wait and to never hear from them.

Rating + 1 Horrible!

Vendor initially shipped an adapter that was not as advertised. After requesting a replacement, the same, wrong adapter was sent a second time. At that point, I took a closer look at their NewEgg lisitng and found the item overview and the item specifications were for two different adapters. The item specification matched the picture and description, but what was sent (twice) matched the overview. Tried calling the vendor, but got a message that they no longer took phone calls and to email customer support. After several emails back and forth, determined the advertised adapter was no longer available, and a refund had to be initiated.

Rating + 1 I'm incredibly unsatisfied with this seller

I placed this order on 6/27, and paid for expedited shipping (3-5 days). According to the tracking information, my order didn't ship until 6/30. It claimed to have been sent USPS 2-day. I contacted the seller on 7/8 because it had not arrived and was told to wait a few more days. I contacted them again on 7/10 and they said "maybe it was lost in shipping". The said that they would send out a replacement order ASAP. it is now 7/21, and I have not heard from them since.

This is why I should know better than to trust a market place seller.

    Most Super Power Supply(R) brand items also include a 1 year warranty period starting after payment is submitted. This warranty covers manufacturer defects causing the item to become nonfunctional in which case a replacement will be sent to the customer with a return label.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
