Rating + 1 Worse Order in 10 years

It has been 8 days on a 3-5 day shipping. I have never had this problem with new egg. Do not use the marketplace if you can help it as New Egg does not control the shipping.

Rating + 5 Great Service!

This product was lost in the mail, in shipping. After notifying Newegg, who notified the supplier, Super Power Supply immediately followed up. They attempted to track the package, and when it could not be found, immediately offered a replacement or a refund. They stayed on top of the issue until it was resolved. Wonderful Service from a great staff!

Rating + 1 Really poor!

The antennas ordered were in stock and to be shipped 2nd day air. They weren't actually shipped for 7 days! Then took 3 days after that. When they did arrive the box had not been taped hardly at all the the antenna was hanging out of the box. I'm surprised the other antenna even stayed in the open box. I haven't tested the antennas, but won't be buying anything from this company again. Newegg needs to drop this company fast. Previous purchases from Newegg have been problem free.

Power adapter almost caught fire after using this adapter a few times. I heard a recording that states they are not taking any calls right now after being told by newegg that I would have to contact them

Rating + 1 Worst online purchase to date

I didn't buy this product because I wanted it. I bought it because I need it. My cord is dying, it's a miracle I am currently forcing it to work but I feel completely ripped off and foolish for buying a replacement here. I have waited weeks for a cord that still hasn't come and that's a lot of stress knowing that my grades in school rely on a company that isn't doing their job to do their job. I already gave up and bought the cord I need from the official site-- clearly this company cares very little about customers as I see that I am not the first to not receive a product.

Despite emailing back and forth three times with the seller and being told three times that the product had shipped, I never received the product. Once the refund was issued I went elsewhere to purchase the same product.

Rating + 1 Horrible Shipping for Gold Prices

I chose One-Day Shipping on an order placed at 7:53am CST on July 29th. I paid $75 for this expedited shipping level. WARNING: The seller considers the USPS a viable way of getting a package somewhere in one day. They didn't even generate a label until the next day, and it didn't get put in the post until 9:45pm on August 4th. And when I went to track it through USPS, it said the package was shipped as Priority Mail 2-Day. Yes, I was ripped off, and I will never order anything from this buyer again.

RMA Policy
    Please email the seller for instructions for an RMA or return. For faster return processing and support with your purchase email the manufacturer directly and reference your invoice number.

    Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days after invoice.

    Most Super Power Supply(R) brand items also include a 1 year warranty period starting after payment is submitted. This warranty covers manufacturer defects causing the item to become nonfunctional in which case a replacement will be sent to the customer with a return label.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
