Rating + 1 Slow shipper did not respond to e-mail.

New Egg system shows "Shipped" when seller merely created label.
Item did not leave NYC for 10 more days!
Seller did not respond to email.

However, the item was very nice and it was a great price.

Rating + 2 Decent Jewelry - horrible shipping

The ring is as described and was an excellent price. However... The item was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. After 8 days the item still hadn't even shipped, so I emailed the seller. Two days later (after not receiving a response) I contacted newEgg. The seller finally shipped the item that day and responded to my initial email inquiry. After that, the shipping was four days.

If an item is not in stock or on backorder, they should advertise it as such (with estimated shipping delay). Simply waiting for ten days to ship an item with no explanation is unacceptable.

the picture led you to belive the color was much bolder then it really is. other then being almost clear in color its vary nice. though, I am not sure what the point of a green amythest is if its not really green....

Rating + 3 Ring nice, Expediting poor

I paid a significant fee for expediting this order. Unfortunately they used USPS which has a extremely poor tracking system. I'm sorry, but they could have used UPS ground and got it to me faster than USPS. For the extra price charged, this item should have been shipped within 24 hours and received within 72. Instead, it took a full week. Szul should revisit this aspect of their business as the merchandise was a decent value.

I purchased a 1 carat cushion-cut diamond solitaire from Szul for $1,271. I should have known better than to buy diamonds online. When I received the ring, I did think it looked more included than was advertised but it looked pretty enough to me, and I was aware that I was buying a diamond with slight inclusions.

Four months later, I wake up to find that the diamond had fallen out of the setting. I took it to my local jeweler, who exclaimed that it was the worst diamond she had ever seen and that if I were to try and sell it she could not even offer me a penny because it was worthless. The jeweler explained that the diamond is so highly included that it was not even fit for use in jewelry and that the cut was crooked and "terrible." I immediately called Szul and the customer service agent was rude, refused to return the ring because the 30-day return period had passed, and asked me to have a jeweler submit in writing that the ring is a piece of junk.

I've made many purchases through the Newegg Marketplace and it seems to take a couple of days for the ball to really get rolling.
Szul Jewelry was definitely on top of things, not only did what I order ship VERY quickly, they gladly responded to any messages sent to them.

    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
