Do not return paint via U.S. Mail.
Paint must be shipped by a Hazmat Approved Shipper OR call us and make arrangements for pickup.

To return an item, an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number is required. Call us at 858-909-2110 to obtain this number before shipping your item back. Send back your return via the Post Office, UPS or other service with a copy of the original order. All mixed paint colors are considered custom and are not returnable. All new resalable items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt and will be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. See your TCP Global / DEPOT Invoice for more information regarding returns policy.
There will be no return charge if we sent the wrong item or if it arrived damaged. Please Allow 14 Days for us to Receive and Process Your Return.
We'll credit or refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery charges).
To assure fast, accurate processing of your return, be sure to make a copy of your original order that cane with the merchandise and enclose it with the returned merchandise. Use the original packaging if possible and remove or cover the original shipping label. Seal the package securely with tape, not string.
TCP Global is required to charge applicable state and local tax on every item shipped to an address in California. In order to obtain Tax Exempt status for orders shipped in the State of California, we must first receive a completed State of California Resale Card by mail, e-mail of FAX. We will then setup your account to be tax exempt.
All payments must be in U.S. dollars. TCP Global shall have the right of set-off and deduction for any sums owed. If customer fails to make payment within thirty (30) days, TCP Global may defer shipments until such payment is made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of unshipped order.
Our standard check policy if you pay with a check your order will be held for 10 business days until your check clears.
Customer agrees that any credit balances issued will be applied within one (1) year of its issuance. IF NOT APPLIED OR REQUESTED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR, ANY BALANCE REMAINING WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION, AND TCP GLOBAL SHALL HAVE NO FURTHER LIABILITY.

LIMITED WARRANTY. ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ARE WARRANTED BY TCP GLOBAL ONLY TO CUSTOMERS FOR RESALE OR FOR USE IN BUSINESS OR ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURE, AGAINST DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP OR MATERIALS UNDER NORMAL USE FOR ONE YEAR AFTER DATE OF PURCHASE FROM TCP Global, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. ANY PART WHICH IS DETERMINED BY TCP GLOBAL TO BE DEFECTIVE IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP AND RETURNED TO A TCP GLOBAL BRANCH OR AUTHORIZED SERVICE LOCATION, AS TCP GLOBAL DESIGNATES, SHIPPING COSTS PREPAID, WILL BE, AS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, REPAIRED OR REPLACED. AT TCP GLOBAL'S OPTION.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. NO WARRANTY OR AFFIRMATION OF FACT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT ABOVE IS MADE OR AUTHORIZED BY TCP GLOBAL. TCP GLOBAL DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT DEFECT CLAIMS THAT ARE DUE TO PRODUCT MISUSE, IMPROPER PRODUCT SELECTION OR MISAPPLICATION, AND ANY DESCRIPTION DOES NOT EXPRESS OR IMPLY A WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE MERCHANTABLE OR FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. TCP GLOBAL'S LIABILITY IN ALL EVENTS IS LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
