Not only was i beyond ecstatic about the price but also the offer of free shipping. You can't find a deal like this anywhere else other than with this seller! Fast shipping and it came in time for my iPhone 6 to keep it completely protected.

Now I can fully enjoy my phone without worrying about drops or knocking it over. If i ever need another otterbox i'd definitely come back :)

Techsaurus is new to Newegg from what I see. I gave them a shot and ordered a Otterbox Defender Series Rugged Protection All Black Case for iPhone 5C and payed an extra $6.99 for 2 day shipping on Tuesday, July 1st. Well Techsaurus decided to ship it Priority Mail 3-Day. Bad business when a customer pays extra for a service and that service is not delivered.
Seller Response:We used Priority Mail 2 day Service just as we say we do. I apologize if USPS failed to get it to you in the 2 days. But how about a call or email to us to let us know it took longer and give us a chance to address the issue by refunding you the extra $7 shipping you paid. Do you truly feel it fair to give is a 1 of 5 for a perfect product at an unbeatable price simply because USPS delayed delivery and you never even contacted us to give us a chance to fix the issue? It seems a little harsh.

RMA Policy
    We do not charge a restocking fee for any defective items or items that missed their deliery date. There is a 10% restocking fee only for items you opened, used and simply do not want any longer. We have a no hassle return policy. You can return an item for any reason except user damage. You can get a refund for 30 days after invoice and a replacement of defective items for 45 days. After that period, you would need to contact the manufacturer of the item(s) for standard warranty service.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
