Rating + 1 tried to return cameras, have been ignored!

cameras will not work with my system, i tried to return them and they would not respond to several attempts thru email, they have totally ignored me, i will not do any business with them ever again!, and newegg wont do anything about it either!, very disappointed!

These guys are awesome. For some reason, my tracking number never updated, so from my perspective, it looked like my shipping was voided. I contacted their support team and received a reply within 2 hours. Awesome, awesome job. Thank you so much!

I received my 6 Samsung cameras, checked them out, one was defective. Sent a note about an RMA via NewEgg's messaging service, get message back about having to call TNT to get info for return. Thing is, they may not answer most of the time, then the voicemail account is not set up yet so not able to leave a message & NewEgg does not allow direct contact through their messaging system (by trying to send your email to the seller). Anyway, finally did receive a replacement camera, TNT gave a prepaid shipping label to send the defective camera back at no cost to me. So what they really need to do is be able to answer their phone more often or at least set up the voicemail account properly.

The security camera that I ordered had a factory defect. TNT Electron immediately shipped a replacement camera and included a prepaid return shipping label so that the defective camera was returned with no cost to me. Thank You!

    All RMA Replacement/Refund request have to reported in 30days from Invoice date. All RMA have to reported to RMA department before return. Buyer pays RMA shipping to seller and seller pays return shipping with UPS GROUND ONLY.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
