Rating + 1 Disaster seller, never buying from 3rd party seller.

Do not buy from this seller. Very Very lazy customer service. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen for a company. It takes weeks to get the replacement, and yet I have not got my replacement.

Rating + 4 Haven't had any real contact with seller

I haven't had any contact with the seller which, in my mind, is a good thing. Means I have had not had to call for support, returns, defects, shipping issues, billing issues, etc. I placed my order, the item arrived and works as described. My only issue was that it came US Postal Mail. This means that, while it had a tracking number, the tracking was useless. UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc., all provide much better tracking and I wish seller would use them as the go to shipper.

Product they delivered functions fine. The instructions could be a bit more detailed and larger.

Rating + 4 Hard to say.........

Its hard to say what my experience with this seller would be because i never reveived my item. I tracked my shipment on the usps web site and followed its progress intil it was sent out for delivery to my mailbox . it was shown as delivered but i never received it. I talked to someone at my local post office who said they would look into it but i havent heard anything and i guess im just out of luck. I need to make aditional purchases but i am hessitant to order anything on line at this point. I guess it was a cheap lesson i am only out fifteen dollars.

Rating + 1 Is it possible to rate this product and company as a ZERO?

Product was broken on arrival. Company giving me the run around for 3 solid weeks now and I'm over it. I tried to be patient but it's caused a lot of problems for me. A waste of time and of money. AVOID!

Rating + 2 Still waiting...

Ordered my product on 3/18, with 5 to 7-day shipping, and here it is 24 days later, and the package is still in transit. Not sure why I gave 2 eggs instead of 1.

Rating + 3 Mixed Feelings, but over all....

The only reason I'm rating them this is because, There Contact is easy to get a-hold of, there nice people that help you the best they can. Your probably wondering do they deliver on time? well.... Sadly no... That's why I rated them 3 instead of 5. BUT! hey don't let that get you down there good people with just a far away Co. so I understand slow shipping, VERY much so if there working for Newegg. So there shipping may be late (currently waiting on a product). but by the way they treat there Costumers, I would give them 5 stars for Helping and being there if you need help on your Shipping... :) (Currently unknown about there product care I will wright another Rate when I get what I ordered...)

Rating + 1 Avoid this seller

I waited a month for my order to arrive. It finally got here, and it doesn't work. I understand it can take a while for things to get here from China, but it didn't even show as shipped until 15 days after I ordered. I basically waited a month to receive a paper weight with a half broken LED on it.

my order (processed through facility ) in china for over 2 weeks email to tomtop and no return. never buy again from china!!!!
