Order #251109275 and they speakers alternate when I use the headsets

NO REPLY. MESSAGEED THEM BACK ON 09/02/2015 THE MESSAGE IS My first request isn't been replied to and it's been 5 days or so. My order number is #251109275 and my invoice number is 129995235. I want to return this headset because when I tilt my head the speakers alternate and headset turn off randomly.
NOW THEY TOLD ME TO RETURN THE HEADSET WITH A SHEET SAYING THE FOLLOWING:

FINALLY, I CALLED THEM BUT THEY KEEP PUTTING ME ON HOLD OR NOT PICKING UP THE CALL. I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES IN WEEKDAYS BEFORE 5 PM BUT NO ANSWER

Bought a G930 headset for $110 plus shipping, found it at best buy for $80. And if its $80 at the most overpriced tech store in existence, then what does that make this seller?

Rating + 1 SLOW to process orders

I paid for my order at the time that I placed it. I am used to seeing Newegg process and ship my order promptly. This doesnt happen anymore since they contract out their orders. It took this company 3 days to ship my item. There are plenty of other vendors for buying tech items. Especially in the era of social media, bad service like this will come back at you repeatedly.

With Newegg now taking 3 days off for New Year's and starting to use Fedex SmartPost this Seller is much faster than New. Highly recommend buying from TRG vs Newegg.

Order#220519075 I need to exchange the item. I had an online chat with Newegg and was told to contact the seller, TRG. I sent TRG an email requesting to return/exchange the product. No response. I called the number that Newegg provided for TRG. The number does not appear to belong to a company named TRG, it is just some person's voicemail. I can get no one to help with exchanging this item and am very disappointed with this Newegg experience. I trusted that they dealt with reputable companies but my experience says otherwise.

Rating + 4 Fast shipment, poor tracking

The webcam I bought from this company was great and it got here a day earlier than I was expecting. However I like to track my equipment and when it got here, the shipping label was USPS. The product was posted to be shipped by FedEx. I guess this issue explains why FedEx's website couldn't find my order when I went to see the tracking data. I'm not sure if this was an error on the seller's part or Newegg, but it got here in one piece and that's all I really care about. Bottom line, I would order from TRG again, given the shipping tracking could have been a fluke.

Rating + 1 Philips DS8550 Fidelio Docking Speaker

The unit was used and showed signs of wear with scratches. It also is missing an AC power cord. I hope TRG is not trying to pass off used products as new products.
