Standard Return Policy

We do not charge a restocking fee when the items are returned to us unused, and in their original packaging and condition.
At TaoTao Manufacturer Inc, your satisfaction is very important to us. Below are our policies regarding returning items purchased from our store. If you have any questions, please email Customer Service
We offer the following return options:
Returns will not be accepted without a RMA (return authorization number).
Returns due to our error or on products that are defective from the manufacturer will gladly be returned or exchanged without a restocking fee.
Items may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the item. The purchase will be refunded (minus the original shipping fee) and the customer is responsible to pay for shipping back to us.
Items not in their original packaging,
Items that have been used,
Or items that are otherwise not in their original condition are not returnable. We may, at our discretion, accept the above listed items with the assessment of a 20% restocking fee.
Products being returned must be shipped freight pre-paid; no COD's. (If the return is due to our error or product defect, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.)
Shipments refused by the customer are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, used, or is missing parts.
Special order, closeout, or discontinued products.
In addition to the policies above, international product returns MUST include the following statement clearly written on the return parcel: CONTENTS - RETURN GOODS OF U.S. ORIGIN
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
