Rating + 5 Great customer service!

Somehow I was the shipped the wrong screen. However, after one email, their customer service department was on it like white on rice! Not even a day later and the correct part is on the way. Even though I was shipped the wrong part, I'm still a happy camper. This is how you keep customers. Great work. Will buy from again.

Rating + 3 Perfect product, but...

I ordered a replacement screen for my laptop. It arrived quickly and worked perfectly. However, I do have one issue. When the package was delivered, I was told the package had not been entirely paid for, and I owed $2.31. I later discovered the package had been sent with first class shipping, instead of the free shipping I had chosen. I believe that is where the extra fee came from. All in all, everything was fine in the end, but I'm still a little upset by the hidden fee.

The part I received was good but the issue is with shipping I upgrade the shipping for two day ship but the package did not arrive until 5 days later. Customer not happy.

Rating + 1 FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

I would never recommend this seller to anyone else. I ordered a screen for my laptop, which clearly stated in the description that it included the touchscreen digitizer. The part I received was ONLY an LCD screen. Of course I was frustrated, and when I tried to sort the issue out, I was offered a refund. Unfortunately that is not what I needed, what I need is the touchscreen digitizer for my laptop. The part was falsely advertised, and I never received the actual part I need! In every other experience of this sort, marketing error or not, I was given the product I needed at the price it was listed at. I have yet to receive any compensation other than a refund.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! Techorbits puts the wrong description on the product. They are very deceiving. They will not reimburse you for shipping it back to them. STAY AWAY!!!

First order from this vendor, and was expecting a 'normal transaction.
Was surprised to find that not only was the price reasonable, but shipping was free.
And for icing on the cake, the item was delivered quickly and was packaged much better than other vendors I have used in the past.
