Rating + 1 Terrible Seller-Only reason got one egg is wont let you leave feedback any less

Placed this order through NewEgg and produce showed shipped the i check status only to fine money had been refunded to my card and order canceled with no notice form either Techorbits or newegg that order canceled. Wont order from them any more and as for newegg they keep going down hill with every expansion of business quality of service is almost dead

Rating + 1 2 weeks after order, No product shipped

Ordered this for a client. I got called a couple of days after ordering, asking if it was okay that the only laptop they had left had been opened, but not used. I said that that was okay and they said they would ship it. It's been two weeks and the only information FedEx has is that they have received the shipping information. So they never shipped it. I have requested to receive a refund to my clients account. I hope this gets resolved in a timely matter.

Rating + 5 Screen worked perfectly first time

Item arrived quickly, exactly as described. The packaging was thorough and secure. Even though I didn't need to contact them, I appreciated the pre-emptive documentation explaining how to deal with a bad product. I hope not to replace very many cracked screens in the future, but if I do, I would use this vendor.

Rating + 4 Very Impressed by Customer service

I would recommend this seller. They were very prompt and the item sold was in new condition! They don't have a full 5 rating because the item sent was not the item listed (I don't know if this was their fault) but they did offer a good refund for the item, and I get to keep the screen! Overall, I would buy form them again if one of my computers needs a new screen, I'll just be sure to contact them in advance (BTW the response time for a question about receiving the wrong item was only a couple of hours after posting the question; by far this is the best response I've gotten from a seller).

Somehow I was the shipped the wrong screen. However, after one email, their customer service department was on it like white on rice! Not even a day later and the correct part is on the way. Even though I was shipped the wrong part, I'm still a happy camper. This is how you keep customers. Great work. Will buy from again.

Rating + 3 Perfect product, but...

I ordered a replacement screen for my laptop. It arrived quickly and worked perfectly. However, I do have one issue. When the package was delivered, I was told the package had not been entirely paid for, and I owed $2.31. I later discovered the package had been sent with first class shipping, instead of the free shipping I had chosen. I believe that is where the extra fee came from. All in all, everything was fine in the end, but I'm still a little upset by the hidden fee.
