First order from this vendor, and was expecting a 'normal transaction.
Was surprised to find that not only was the price reasonable, but shipping was free.
And for icing on the cake, the item was delivered quickly and was packaged much better than other vendors I have used in the past.

Ordered the item 3 days ago, I believe, with 5-7 day shipping. Received the item yesterday, labeled with 3 day shipping. No idea if an error occurred, but I must say, I like the error, and my new screen helped me get this review up. Quick is an understatement, for sure! Excellent condition!

I purchased an inexpensive replacement LCD for a Sony Vaio laptop from Techorbits. Before making this purchased I researched prices from many different suppliers, most of whom ship from Asia. I was delighted to find that the Techorbits price for this particular model of LCD screen, an OEM model, was at par with the purchasing directly from sellers in Asia, yet shipped from CA, USA.

Techorbits shipped the item quickly with USPS priority 2-day shipping at no additional cost to me.

The screen was wrapped in two layers of both large and small bubble padding in a sturdy cardboard box.

I've installed the replacement OEM LCD in the laptop and the image is crisp and bright. I couldn't be happier with Techorbits' service.

Rating + 1 horrible product and service

I purchased a lap top screen for my lenovo. It was pretty expensive but I needed the screen. When I received the screen it was the wrong model but still compatible. I said OK this screen is fine my wife needs it for school. A few days later the double sided tape that hold the screen to the bracket started to come off. Poor craftsmanship. So I contacted the seller they said they would replace it . that they would send me a box to ship it back its been almost two weeks. I tried calling and just kept going to voice mail. I guess I'll be taking the shaft on this purchase.
