RMA instructions
- Fill out the form on the back of your packing slip indicating the items being returned and the reason for the return. Enclose this form AND a copy of your packing slip with the merchandise being returned.
Neatly fold any clothing and pack all items securely. You can ship via whatever method is most convenient to you. We recommend insuring or using a tracking/delivery confirmation service. We are not responsible for lost parcels.
