Rating + 1 Next time I'll save TIME instead of MONEY

Ordered cable for PS3 from these guys on Feb 21, 2014 and received it on March 15, 2014.

Roughly 23 days Shipping for what was supposed to be 5-7 business days. Call me crazy, but I'm sure we could find at least 7 "business days" in the last 23 DAYS...

Likely refraining from ordering from this seller in the future.

Rating + 5 New 141X laser

I am impressed with the entire transaction, I needed a new laser for my 360, The Gamers Fix had mine for less than $10, if you cruise the net, the prices are usually much more, if they actually have one in stock. The laser appeared to be new as advertised, and so far, works flawlessly, it also shipped right away. Thanks guys!

This product was listed as refurb and tested to work. Drive was visibly broken. I was able to cannibalize w/ my dead drive to make one that was working. But I bought it because it was labeled as working. Apparently I lucked out because the one other review was negative about returning the item. Don't buy from.

Rating + 2 Difficult to work with

To the sellers credit, the product showed up on time and it was the product I had selected. This is the reason he doesn't have the lowest rating. The problem started when I realized that the drive was the wrong drive. There was a long dialog that started and every request that the seller had of me, I had promptly responded to so that the correct drive would be identified and the RMA could be initiated. This is when the run around started. I initiated my RMA request on about 2 weeks ago and the questions the seller had have come full circle and we are back where we started. The last email I had went unanswered and at that point I wasn't willing to deal with him any more.

Bottom line: Lazy customer service.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
