Rating + 5 Gorgeous!

These pearls are beautiful and, via the tooth and fingernail test, real. The color is as stated, the variants of each pearl all in synchronicity with its counterparts. Each pearl has a lovely shape, especially in not being too oblong. This was a magnificent buy; I wish I had bought the limit.

Item is sold as 14k gold, but in fact is silver.
Wouldn't be an issue, but my wife has a reaction to all metals except gold. Going to have to return this now.....

Rating + 4 report incident resolving by call center

I have order quantity of 2 necklaces , when I receive it shipment only one was include and the invoice and billing was referred to the order, but one necklace was short.
I have call their center and my chance I was by the from Newegg the same product by an other seller by color different, the both arrive at a day difference, so the weight a parcel and price of US POSTAGE, was proving they shipping was short of one necklace. their call center personal resolve without hesitation and send the same day the second necklace, base on this experience I start to have a restriction to double expansive object ,,,,,
Finally the second necklace was quality better than the first one. human error are more acceptable with a goodies

Got the black pearl necklace for my wife. Did not realize she already had two. So requested a change. Peal Outlet was more than helpful with it. First replacement USPS lost it. They sent the second replacement in one day. Wife is very happy and so am I. Great service.

They messed up my order, when they re-shipped the missing pieces, it comes with the exact the same (and incomplete) content. I have never seen such incompetent retailer. It was supposedly a gift for mother's day, and the order completely ruined it for me.

I returned my order. Then again, I had a hard time to have them pay for return shipping (for doubling the materials), since I'm a premier member and I expect the same benefit (free return). UPS said that their return destination is so out of place that a surcharge is applied.

Furthermore, they have a very ridiculous call hours, and it is extremely difficult to get hold of an agent.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
