Rating + 5 We had a mix-up, but it was fixed very quickly

My server showed up with half the amount of RAM that I was expecting. They took care of it very quickly and the machine is now up and running as expected. Talked to one of them on the phone to resolve it and he provided great customer service.

Product was shipped fast and packed well - arrived in good condition. So far everything works and the product was exactly as stated on newegg. It has only been one month so we'll see long it lasts - used equipment can be hit or miss, but so far - I'm happy. Would recommend the server store.

Rating + 1 Dead product, unresponsive seller

Bought a Dell Precision T3500 from this seller. It originally shipped with a dead CMOS battery. They replaced it for free immediately. That was nice. However, 89 days after purchase, the computer failed to boot. The seller has been completely unresponsive to all attempts to contact them.
Seller Response:Customer tried contacting us on Monday and left the bad review the next day. I have since talked with the customer and explained the issues. Customer states he will remove the bad review.

I purchased a refurbished Dell workstation and the power supply died after about 2 months. When I asked about getting a replacement they replied in about 10 minutes and offered to ship a new one the next business day. The only delay was that I didn't get any notification from NewEgg that they had responded so I didn't see it for a couple of days.

I was amazed at the customer service provided by Chris at The Server Store!

Within 1 hour of me notifying them of my problem I received an email stating they would ship a replacement the next day. NO questions asked! I received the replacement within 3 days and I'm just ecstatic!

Great customer service on this level is an absolute rarity these days. You just never know what you're going to experience when you do mail order. I could not have experienced better service! It was excellent in every way!

RMA Policy
    Return or Replacement Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, or a replacement - subject to the following:

    a) Contact The Server Store to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number.

    b) In order to be eligible for a full refund, less shipping expenses, your returned merchandise must be in its original unopened mint condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Items removed from their 'blister-pack' display packaging do not qualify for a full refund.

    c) Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
