Rating + 5 Took responsibility from beginning to happy ending

I want to praise this seller for taking such good care of me beyond the point of initial sale. I purchased from them a new battery for my Samsung M360 phone. It arrived very quickly, but turned out to be nonfunctional. I contacted the seller using Newegg's "request a return" interface, and the seller offered to send my choice of a replacement or a refund, no questions asked. Within 48 hours they had put a replacement battery in the mail to me, shipping it at their own expense. And the replacement worked perfectly. So I want to thank them for going well beyond the initial point of sale in their customer care. I would absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to others.

Comments: This was my first experience with a newegg third party vendor under your name. They are a bold scam enterprise. They didn't state the product was used. The product of course dosen't work, and they KNOW it was cr*p. I can't trust your vendors based on this experience. Won't be doing business with you again. You where reliable in my past dealings with you, but since you outsourced your business your credibility has evaporated with me.

Rating + 1 My battery was not new

I'm extremely unhappy with this company. I received a used battery on my first shipment. After submitting a complaint, I received a second use battery. Both batteries do not receive a charge. Luckily I only spent $8 on this battery. I'm considering this a learning experience. I shall not order from this company again.

Ordering process was simple and the delivery was timely. The problem is the battery itself. It holds a charge but turns the phone off constantly. At $6.99, it's not worth the cost to return it. Very disappointed and had to revert to the old battery even though it only holds a charge for about a 1/2 day.

Rating + 2 Item not shipped with extras as promised

Ordered samsung earbuds, advertised as "with extra eargels".. bought these as gifts, so needed the extra eargels. Items arrive in 4 days, no eargels. Email seller to complain, no response. I had to complain through newegg cust service, they got the seller to ship my eargels separately in the mail, and no apology or future discount from the seller, no email, nothing. So they basically do not care about the customer. I would avoid The Slick Zone in the future.
The actual samsung earbuds were good quality and authentic at least, so for that ill give 2 stars.

Purchased LG phone battery thru New Egg. Installed yesterday and battery is totally dead and will not charge. The original battery works better and it isn't too good.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
