If I could give a 0, I would. The watch came defective and didn't keep a charge to reflect accurate time. I contacted the seller for a return/repair and haven't heard back from them within 2 weeks. Save your money.

I ordered a Citizen Skyhawk watch from the Watch Locker...I was a little leery because several people had complained...but I got exactly what I expected. Even better.

First, they don;t seem to be an "Authorized Dealer" which means you get the stated 1 year warranty rather than the normal 5 year. But that's on the listing, at least the 1 year- wish they would more clearly state that you don't get the factory warranty. I knew about it from the research, but it should be clear. Thus--minus one star.

Other than that, it's all good - price was half of MSRP, 5-7 day shipping took two days (ordered Wed. night, wearing the watch on Saturday), and got a brand new perfect condition, fully functional watch.

I added a star for the better than advertised shipping. Typical for Newegg, but I was surprised to get the same from a Marketplace vendor. FedEx, tracked the whole way. Perfect. Kudos, Watch Locker.

Rating + 5 Citizen Titanium Black

Outstanding. Took about 36 to 48 hours for the battery to fully charge once out of the box (the watch kept loosing time, but the amount of time per hour slowed down as time passed). But after the charge was full, thing has not lost a second.

I was happy with the watch, however Citizen does not recognize The Watch Locker as an authorized dealer, thus no 5 year warranty. Newegg should have disclosed this.

Rating + 1 Recent watch purchase

I purchased a citizen nighthawk from you all on 1/9. I noticed after alittle while after wearing it that it was randomly loosing 5-15 seconds. I emailed you all and you said to send it in so you could inspect it. They gave me a return label to send it back. The watch was shipped on 1/20 through Fedex and I only noticed when it already got shipped that you used that horrible Fedex smartpost. I have had so many problems with that service that if I knew you used that I would have shipped it back myself. It got through the fedex network fine and got to the local post office on 1/25. Then it was sorted and out for delivery on 1/27. I checked the tracking later that day and it said processed through usps sort facility and then said delivery status not updated. It turns out that they put the wrong delivery zipcode on it so it was rerouted and now there hasn't been any activity for 3 days now. So now it's lost or who knows what.

Rating + 1 You will not get the full warranty

The Citizen watch I got was fine. I doubt they make counterfeit versions of a $100 watch - that'd be like counterfeiting nickels. Any way, I JUST got notified by Citizen that after my attempt to register for warranty with them online, I was rejected because the Watch Locker is NOT an authorized Citizen dealer. So I don't benefit from the 5-year warranty from Citizen, rather a 1-year one from some other entity that is tied to the Watch Locker. I never had any idea about this prior to purchase. Shame on Newegg too for not making this clear.

You have 30 days from your purchase date to send it back (12/12/13). Log into your account and submitt a return request. We do accept legitimate warranty claims up to five years from the date of purchase. In the event of a warranty issue, all warranty work is done by Citizen; they return the watch to you with their warranty paperwork. CITIZEN WATCH WAS A FAKE. GUESS I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SINCE IT WAS HALF PRICE FROM THE CITIZEN WEBSITE. WE FOUND OUT WHEN MY WIFE TOOK IT TO A LOCAL CITIZEN DEALER TO HAVE A LINK TAKEN OUT TO FIT HER BETTER. DID SOME RESEARCH AND WATCH LOCKER IS LOCATED IN AFRICA. MY FAULT COMPLETELY AND LESON LEARNED. WILL DO MY HOMEWORK NEXT TIME. NEWEGG SHOULD NOT ALLOW VENDORS LIKE THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE

All warranty work is done by Citizen. In the case of warranty, the watch is shipped from us to Citizen and when/if any work is done, the watch and all Citizen certification and warranty paperwork is sent you directly from Citizen. Your "homework" was done by Newegg, all watches are brand new and authentic. Next time you have a question or issue, contact us. As for the discount, the dealer cost is 36% of the suggested retail price, all we do is discount the difference.
We all got a great laugh out of our alleged location, but in reality we are located in Miami, Florida, U.S.A. Our number is 954-566-6677.
BTW Josh, Why didn't you return the watch for a full refund? We have a 30 day return policy, you purchased this item on 10/2/13. Have nice holiday season.

    At The Watch Locker we work hard to ensure our customers receive great service. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchased item you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date.

    We offer customers a full refund on returned items minus shipping charges.
    All items returned to TWL must be returned UNWORN, unaltered, in their original, unused condition, in their original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure any credit. RMA instructions
