delivered on time, great product. My son uses the handsfree option with his iphone. He likes the voice feature for gps commands also, it kinda remembers his voice only though.

Item was ordered on 7/29/2014 and credit card was promptly charged. A tracking notice was received on 7/30/2014, HOWEVER, this was just a notification. The package was not received by the shipper until 8/6/2014! It finally arrived on 8/10/2014. Not only was I prematurely charged, but the actual packaging of the item (not the container but the product packaging) did not look at all new or pristine! The cardboard portion appeared to have had been taped then tape removed, and the clear plastic portion of the packaging was scraped and dirty. Fortunately the product itself was not damaged. I will not order from Throwback Deals again ~ I do not want to be charged 9 days in advance of my shipment, nor do I want to receive a "new" product that appears to be a "Throwback"

Ordered a tablet early in the morning last week and purchased one day shipping with it.

Here I am a week later and the only thing I have to show for $440 is a bogus FedEx tracking code.

Currently trying to get a full refund. DO NOT BUY from this vendor.

Rating + 4 Good service, but...

Most likely no foul on the merchant's end, but the delivery was crazy late (it took about 2.5 weeks) and I checked USPS status daily. As stated, USPS showed that they had pre-shipping info but after 2 weeks it finally shipped. Overall, aside from the delivery issue great service. I spoke to the merchant directly and he gave me a 5 year warranty on my wife's iPad for free!

Rating + 1 Terrible service and products

I purchased a brand new tablet on May 11, 2014. The first one they sent did not power on. they took weeks to process the tablet I immediately returned to them. The second one, the keyboard did not work. Its now over 3 months later, I have no tablet and again they are taking weeks to process my return. When I call they will lie and say the order or return was processed and it wasn't. I purchased this for business purposes and am suffering as a result. I thought I was buying this from New EGG, but do not purchase anything from Throwback Deals.
