Standard Return Policy
Whatever the item, whatever the reason, we offer a 30 day return policy. You can choose either an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price. We just deduct shipping and handling.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can refuse an order, in which case we offer our standard return policy, where we reduce the round-trip shipping cost from your refund.
An RMA number is required on all returns.
All returns require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please request one by contact Customer Support. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused. If the return isn’t honored the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us beforehand if you have any questions.
How to make sure we can exchange or refund your item:
Please return all products in original, resalable, Brand new condition and packaging. Otherwise, we may apply additional restocking fee of up to 50%.
Please don’t assemble or modify a product before returning. Otherwise, we cannot refund.
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. We double-box many items, and we refuse to sell products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 30 days. We’re happy to send you replacements or parts as soon as possible. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you can return the item under our standard return policy.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
