Standard Return Policy
All exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
1. Product must be in new, unworn condition with no physical changes such as scratches or removed links.
2. All packaging material and tags, if supplied, must be intact
3. A Return Authorization Number must be requested within 14 days of purchase via e-mail address listed below and must be clearly included in all returns. Product must then be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving the Return Authorization.
4. Any product that customer is claiming to have received in non-working order can only be exchanged for the same or similar item.
5. If you are requesting an exchange because you prefer a different watch, the reshipping cost is $4.00 in the USA, $6.00 to Canada and $9.00 International.
6.If you are requesting a refund for a non-defective watch we will refund the cost of the watch (not including shipping and handling costs).
Please understand that we are bound by our suppliers to the above conditions.

Please make sure to include the Order Number and Reason for request. Please do not e-mail to any other address.
TimeZone123 and The Watch Gallery, LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns. For your own protection, please purchase tracking and insurance.
Please allow seven days from our receipt of item for us to ascertain that the return complies with the above. We will then gladly issue the appropriate exchange.

Please make sure to clearly include the Order Number, the Return Authorization Number and Reason for Return. If these are not clearly included we sometimes do not know who sent it.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
