Dennis & staff bent over backwards to provide outstanding service. Fast shipment. Well packed, especially the mounting bracket. The tracking no. showed progress on the US Postal Service web site when it arrived in Hong Kong on 4/30 & all stops until delivered in USA VA on 5/6. very fast service.

they went out of their way to find a different color camera. great service and very responsible. but shipments from China take time and many on the web have become too comfortable with shipments in days instead of weeks.

Rating + 1 Fake Dymo Tape

This is not DYMO tape. It is shown on NewEgg Market as DYMO tape but what you receive is a box looking like a DYMO product with the word "Compatible" in place of DYMO.

We have contacted you about the DYMO product issue. In the mail, I mentioned the DYMO type is manufactured in China, they have got the authority from DYMO to produce it.
Is it any problem of the type when you are using it?
IF you don't like it or it is out of your expectation, I am sorry that you could return it and issue refund back to you.
Your reply is " That's all very well, you are advertising Dymo tape and I expected Dymo tape."

I believe the bad reviews for this seller are a bit unfair. After 15 days I did not receive my order and notified the seller. They responded within a few hours, admitting that the item had not yet shipped. They appoligized and offered a choice for a refund or $20 discount on the order. I opted for the refund and they complied within the day. I do believe this is an honest seller thou they are slow to ship.

The late ship is due to the order is in between X'mas and 2014 New Year.
During this happy holiday, most of our warehouse collegaues are under their annual leave. The order processing time duirng this period need a longer time to process. Rating + 1 Never Shipped Item

I ordered this item several weeks ago and it never arrived. I contacted the seller who promised to replace it and the new one never arrived. He is either running a scam or is incompetent. DO NOT ORDER IT.
Seller Response:In fact we have arranged your item delivery 2 days later after received your order.
However, our HK Post office manger told us that the HK port automatic dispatch system has been down, all the items at that period need to change manual handling, therefore there is a little bit delay in the delivery.
We are sorry for that accident happened on that time, we guranteen that it would not been happened in the future. Becuase we have changed to other delivery agency to ship the item to USA.

By the way, in order to express our gratitude, we have added your account into our VIP discount group. If you would order again in the coming 3 months till 9 OCT 2013, we would give you USD20 discount per each item.

    We offer only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to the following return policies and Instructions.

    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
    • Product purchased from our Newegg Marketplace store ONLY
    • Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
    • All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
    • Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
    • Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order (follow below return instruction to apply RMA#)

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
