Rating + 2 USPS != UPS

Clearly marked in my cart was the option for UPS 3 day. I gave them my Street Address, because UPS ships directly there. They sent it USPS, to an address where there is no Mailbox. Thus, it was returned to sender after an 8 day wait (Again, I had selected 3 day.) . Still waiting on a refund to my account, since Newegg has already said they can't/won't reship it. (They said I needed to wait and repurchase it.) I am sure this is a fine seller otherwise, but I have no real context for that.

Rating + 1 Horrible Experience

Product didn't arrive when expected. Called newegg, and was told that somehow my apartment number hadn't made it onto the shipping address - so UPS had been sitting on the package for 3 days, waiting for newegg to call them back with that info - but newegg had never bothered to contact me to request it. Immediately provided it. Newegg was then told by UPS that with it being a Wednesday afternoon, I'd receive package either that Thursday or Friday. That never happened either. Called newegg again on Saturday - was told this time that because the package had originally shipped from Canada, it had been sitting all this time, at a UPS facility 45 minutes away from me - so I could have gone and gotten it, to avoid all this hassle; but, that's where it'd been - in an international shipments department; and, that when newegg had given the apartment number to UPS, they had been talking to a U.S. shipments department - which hadn't bothered, to give the info to the other dept.............

Got the receiver promptly. It worked pretty well for 1\2 hour then died. But I got so much spam e-mail from Newegg that I closed my account and promised to never buy from them again. Alas, they still spam me daily. Don't buy ANYTHING from them or if you must, then give them a fake e-mail address.

I bought an item from you and it took over a week just to start mailing it + three more weeks to get here, and when i finally got it the original box was very damaged.

Rating + 1 Wrong Item Shipped / Problem Resolution Commitment NOT Met

Item was received in time frame expected. However, wrong item shipped to me.

Although a commitment was made on Wednesday to provide problem resolution F/U on Thursday. That did not happen. I emailed again on Friday PM and no response yet (Saturday evening).

I didn't rate the vendor prior to giving them a change to resolve my problem. I gave them two opportunities to resolve - no results.

On time delivery of wrong item does not warrant a high rating. Failure to provide timely resolution of the problem warrants a zero rating, but system will not allow.

This took about 2 weeks to get and after waiting all that time the USB ports do not work. Card says it's working on computer and correct drivers are installed, but it doesn't work. Not worth the money to send back.

Rating + 2 SLOOOW Shipping

The product itself is acceptable for the $20 price tag. It works for the most part and is functional. The shipping however is NOT the stated 5-15 (business) days. It would of been closer to that if the manufacturer had not taken 5 of those business days just to get it into the mail system. My final shipping time until it arrived at my door was 18 business days over the course of 32 calendar days. Should count myself lucky it wasn't lost in the USPS system. The product is fine, but the shipping is SLOOOW. I'm reluctant to order from this supplier or Newegg ever again.

Rating + 5 Arrived (it's mail)

An item was ordered, then dispatched and arrived at a few sorting areas, then was flown over the weekend, landed in the neighboring county and was in the mail box on the same day. I'm using the purchased item as I type. It's working, was not lost or crushed in the postal sorting center, was tracked using EMS, all while enclosed in a bubble pack envelope. The bubble thickness is about the same width as two quarters (coins), or a little more. The tracking number was for China Post EMS.
