Rating + 1 Terrible delivery service!!!

I should have read the reviews BEFORE I made my order.... UGH! It's so true!!
I ordered a Star Wars Millennium Falcon Model Kit on 3/15-2016.... then it says; "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on March 23, 2016 to expect your package for mailing." ( I finally got this message EIGHT days later).
Today is March 26, 2016 and NOTHING has changed... It's been 11 days now & I don't think it's been shipped yet?!?
*sigh* I spent $8.99 for 5-7 days shipping. This is just horrible!

THIS VENDOR WILL NOT RESPOND TO CALLS OR EMAILS FROM BUYERS OR FROM NEWEGG.
THIS VENDOR NEVER GOT ME MY PRODUCT, I RECEIVED ANOTHER ORDER FROM CHINA ORDERED THE SAME DAY WITHOUT ISSUE.
I'VE ASKED NEWEGG TO REMOVE THIS VENDOR BUT THEY HAVE SOME HORRENDOUS LONG PROCESS FOR DOING SO PLEASE, FOR YOU SAKE ONLY USE THIS VENDOR AT YOUR OWN RISK, YOU MIGHT NOT GET YOUR $H1t.

Rating + 1 Pathetic! Service is extremely slow-I'm talking months before you get your item that you ordered.

Let me first mention that I placed the order for two XBOX 360 games on 12/12/2015 and only received one so far. YES, IT HAS BEEN 36 DAYS AND I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE OTHER ITEM! Not to mention, the one I did get was well after Christmas. Their service is pathetic, slow, and I could not recommend them to anyone. So be careful when you order from the marketplace. And avoid this company at all costs! Newegg seriously needs to ditch this company from their marketplace.

I ordered a telephone battery from Toy Store, Inc. They were fast to ship and left a message on my receipt to rate them with 5 stars. Due to my own error, however, I'd ordered the battery based on volts instead of by manufacturer number. It looked the same, so it was my own lack of knowledge. HOWEVER, I requested to return the batter as I can't use it, and I received NO RESPONSE from the seller. I waited a week and sent another request. NO RESPONSE. Bottom line. Do not order from this vendor unless you are certain you won't have any problems. You will be stuck with your purchase.

Rating + 1 Never Again

I have never had an issue with Newegg until this order. If a company like Newegg chooses to allow a seller to use their site, maybe it needs a better follow through process regarding order issues.

Almost three weeks after placing the order, I chose to cancel on principal. No communication from the seller speaks loudly of their customer care policy.

If I could give negative stars, I would!

Rating + 1 Item Not Yet Received After Three Weeks

It's been three weeks, and my package still not received.

Both the end vendor (Toy Store Inc) and intermediate vendor (New Egg) were contact, no response received.

Starting dispute process with credit card company.

Very disappointed. My kids were looking forward to this!

  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

    A RMA must be processed within 30 days of your order date. The return package must be received within 30 days of the order date. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. The item must be brand new and in the same condition that was shipped to you. If the item is opened, a refund will not be processed. Customers pay for all return shipping costs. Once we receive the return package, it will be inspected and a refund will be processed for the item. Original shipping and handling costs are not refunded.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
