Rating + 4 VERY Nice transaction

I was very happy with this seller. The refurb laptop I bought looked like new, was sturdily packaged and arrived five days after my order was placed. It was as advertised, loaded with basic software and ready to work right out of the box. I didn't have the trouble of deleting unwanted applications, and had plenty of room to load whatever I needed. They kept me informed about the status of my order. I gave them less than a perfect rating only because on principal I don't give perfect ratings on a first transaction, although I was tempted to make an exception for them. I am a nervous sort who likes the tracking # so I can check on the status whenever I feel like it. I needn't have worried here, and if my next transaction with them goes as well, I will indeed check the "5" rating.

Rating + 1 can't even get a response

I ordered and received a MacBook Air from Newegg. When it arrived the power cord included was a cord for an Apple desk top computer and none for the MacBook air. I have called everyday and left messages but get absolutely no response back. All I want is the proper cord and wall unit for what I purchased. I have no idea if the MacBook actually works since I can't charge it up.
Seller Response:Unfortunately we are not open on the weekends, but we did have the correct AC adapter sent out first thing Monday morning. We appreciate the business, and apologize for the inconvenience.

Rating + 1 Cloud Blue Purchase

We ordered a computer from Newegg. Item was shipped to us from Cloud Blue. We were not shipped a computer but instead receive a Chrome tablet. We called Newegg, we were told to call Cloud Blue. We did that and were sent a shipping label link to return item. We returned item and are still waiting on refund from Cloud Blue.

Rating + 1 No WIFI on refurbished Laptop

Purchased refurbished Laptop computer with an inoperable WIFI. Wrote for RMA, nothing. Wrote again on Friday and received a message that they do not work on weekends. Sounds unprofessional to me. Never again will I buy from other vendors on Newegg.

Rating + 5 Great Item from a Great Seller

Bought a refurbed Dell from another seller and it was in poor condition, made noise, and was almost disgusting to touch. Based on other reviews, took a chance with Trademark Computers and bought a refurb of the same model. This thing looks new, has Windows 7, and runs great. Would gladly do business with them again. Processing of the order could have been faster, but that may have been a Paypal issue, it arrived quickly once the processing was complete.

Rating + 4 Got my computer in a week

Got my Dell OEM computer in about a week. Packaged well.

The delivery company did not have my apartment number. And the number was not on the package. They called my phone number (which was old) to get the apartment location in the building. It found its way to me that day, however. Note that NewEgg has my apt number and i have had no problem getting packages before.

Also, did not receive keyboard with computer and mouse but don't need it.

I purchased a refurbished/reconditioned laptop, and I'm totally happy with what I received. I believe in giving credit where credit is due, and this seller deserves high praise. First, the price was great along with fast and free shipping. Second the laptop was nicely packaged. Third, I was in disbelief at the overall cosmetic condition of the laptop. It's hard to know visually that the computer was a "used" device. From the exterior, to the keys, to the screen, to the mousepad and buttons --- everything looked clean and nearly flawless. Fourth, it not only came with a legit Windows 7 Operating System, but also with the product key and physical backup CD. Fifth, it comes with a 6 month warranty. Trademark Computer obviously takes pride in what they are putting out there, and my experience shows it. I could not be happier. I would TOTALLY recommend this seller to others.
