Rating + 4 HP EliteBook 8440p

The notebook arrived in a timely manner and the staff were responsive to my contacts with them. I would have given them 5 eggs but the headphone output is nonexistent at this writing. Also the DVD drive is just that DVD-ROM which was a big surprise but it was advertised that way and I overlooked it.
I called about that and Sam offered a $75.00 refund because of the headphone issue.
I figure I can use it to install a DVD-RW drive. Overall Trademark Computer has been responsive and supportive throughout my experience.

Rating + 1 WORST SERVICE EVER

The be honest with all of you their service to me has been completely horrible. I've waited two weeks to refund a product and they keep ignoring me!!!!!! DONT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I've been trying to ship these two desktops they sent me back for two weeks they are scammers!!!!!!

The only unfavorable thing about this PC, it did not come with a usb keyboard or mouse which one would think it would. Must be to logical for my own good. There is nothing wrong with the PC...functions as advertised.

Rating + 4 Refurbished Computer

Received computer in good condition. Battery was very week and would last 30 minutes. Ordered new battery for $30 and now lasts several hours. Skin put on top of laptop is peeling off but overall the laptop functions great and I am happy with the purchase.

THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING A REFURBISHED COMPUTER-THE BEST PACKAGING TO KEEP THE COMPUTER FROM GETTING DAMAGED I HAVE EVER SEEN.COMPUTER WAS LIKE NEW-OS WAS INSTALLED AND A PRODUCT KEY LABEL INSTALLED UNDER THE COMPUTER.THAT IS FOR THE OS INSTALLED-HAD A QUESTION-CALLED LEFT A MESSAGE.THEY CALLED ME RIGHT BACK.AND ANSWERED MY QUESTION.THEY ARE THERE IF YOU NEED THEM.WOULD-WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.THIS IS WHAT A REFURBISHED COMPUTER IS SUPPOSED TO BE AND LOOK LIKE.GOT A GREAT DEAL AND PEOPLE BACKING UP THEIR PRODUCTS.CANT BEAT THAT.

Rating + 1 Product inoperative

The computer I received, would not boot up. even to the windows LOGO. No disk included. I had to obtain Win 7 on my own to get it running. The real agrivation was the wrong tracking that showed my computer went to the wrong state. I have a strong dislike for both DHL asnd FED EX. No problem with UPS. You asked so I reply. I don't expect further action, but will have reservations when ordering "Market Place" items.

Its possible they laptop was banged around during shipment, and the hard drive failed to boot. This would be a very easy fix if you would just contact our customer support. We would be happy to send you a replacement part, or replace the laptop iteself. Per our agreement with Microsoft, we can no longer send physical media to reinstall Windows (due to rampant piracy). Instead, we install a restore partition on the hard drive that you can access when starting up the computer.

Refurbished adds risk. Customer service becomes more critical. My past experiences with NewEgg have been positive. I purchased a 5 year old HP elitebook laptop because I had previously used one, and I liked the look, feel and performance of that particular older model. I expected problems. The laptop was delivered on time, appeared in decent shape, and performed well. It did have a couple of flaws that were not easily detected and were overlooked by Trademark Computer/ITReplay. I decided to contact Trademark and evaluate my options. I was asked to leave a message and I was contacted the next day by a professional, pleasant, Tom Dixon of Trademark and he quickly proposed resolution options. I chose one and Trademark got it done. I'm happy with the purchase.
