I don't know how they could send this thing out if it was re certificated,it did not even have any ram in it,and the charging
plug did not work and then it was hard to get a hold of the guy for a refund, when i did get a hold of him he did seem nice,
but then i had to get a hold of New egg to get my shipping sent to me,don't buy from this guy he sells junk! Thanks New egg for your help,still waiting for refund! He deserves
0 eggs to me.

my refurbished laptop came with a broken latch on it and trademark called me the next day with a solution i appreciate the timely manor in which the dealt with the problem.

Rating + 2 Refurbished Laptop??

Laptop was shipped with power supply rattling around in the box with no protection and laptop was not secured. The Window License key would not activate so I had reload with my own operating system. If you don't have that you may want to avoid the laptop. Hard drive and bracket were loose and missing screws. If it was really refurbished then it was done poorly.

New Egg was supposed to issue a $20 credit for a coupon offered at the time of the sale. That $20 has never been credited to my Credit Car.

Bought a refurbished laptop it arrived with a bad battery. I was worried because I've had a hard time with other companies in the past but Trademarks customer service was prompt and courteous. They even upgraded the battery. Thanks I highly recommend Trademark for their customer service.

Rating + 5 Such a great and humble seller.

Received laptop before scheduled time which is great. But, I had an issue with the Product and sent out an email before writing a bad review,

This is how gracefully he replied back to me offering multiple ways to resolve my issue.

"I am very sorry about this issue you had with the laptop we sent to you. I would be more than happy to resolve this issue for you. We can do a couple of things you tell me which is best for your situation. I can either send you a replacement or a refund for the unit sent you. Or if you would like to keep the laptop you have, I can also offer you a $XX partial refund to compensate for the issue.

Let me know you preference. We'll get this taken care of right away."

Thank you for being such nice seller. Hope my laptop last long enough :-)

Rating + 1 What a joke!!!!!

Do not order anything from this company! I ordered a laptop from these guys on a Tuesday around noon. Received an order confirmation but, no invoice or shipping confirmation. I waited through the weekend and on Monday tried to find out whats going on with the laptop. New Egg didn't know and could not get a hold of the company and neither could I. They couldn't even cancel the order without talking to the vendor over the phone or through email. All they could tell me is they will contact me when they hear back from Trademark. This never happened.....
I decided to cancel the order by sending a message to Trademark through my order history and proceeded to order another laptop,
No more than an hour after sending the cancel request I received an invoice from Trademark for the laptop I had just canceled but, still no tracking info. Then I get a return email from them stating the laptop had already shipped and there was nothing he could do. I would have to submit a rma when i get it....
