Since I bought a refurbished Lenovo T420 laptop, I wasn't sure what to expect as refurbishings can be hit and miss. I'm overall very pleased with the one I got though. There's very minimal cosmetic flaws. I would say it almost looks like a new laptop actually. I'm getting close to 4 hours of battery life too! I put in my own SSD with openSUSE, however. I would recommend this laptop and also buying from this seller. I haven't had any need to contact the seller. Shipping was very quick

I purchased a refurb HP laptop from this seller on Newegg Marketplace. It was supposed to have Windows 7 Professional. When I received it and began to set it up I noticed that it had Windows 7 Home premium installed. It was evening by this time but I contacted New Egg regarding the issue they emailed the seller. The next day I received communication from the seller's customer Service and they offered to replace the system or give me a credit. I had already invested a considerable amount of time in the setup so I took the credit which was processed the same day.

I found an inexpensive product key and upgraded from Home premium to Professional and then to Windows 10 with no issues. I am only removing an egg because of the foul up in sending the incorrect machine.

I would have no qualms dealing with this supplier in the future. They honor their commitments.

Rating + 4 Bumpy but good overall

Before ordering, I sent the seller to ask if the PCs were vPro enabled. Seller replied with, "Yes, they have Windows 7 Pro." LOL! Um, no. I took a shot and ordered them anyway. Luckily they did have vPro.

The bigger problem was that Trademark had incorrectly listed the refurbished Dell OptiPlex 990 PCs as a Core i7 when they were in fact an i5 PCs. I didn't find this out until I had unboxed them. The seller made it right by issuing a refund. They also changed the listing on Newegg to i5's.

Also, the seller had a little problem with shipping. I ordered 6 PCs but the initial shipment only had 5. I contacted them about the problem and they promptly shipped the missing PC.

The seller was good with their communications responding within a day.

I ordered 2 computers.... and I only received one. I called FedEx, they said that I have to call the shipper and ask them to file a claim. I called Trademark Computer multiple times, no answer. Left message will call back number... I haven't heard from them yet.

Rating + 1 Shipped wrong product and will not return calls

Trademark computer shipped out the incorrect product I purchased a laptop and received a desktop. Not sure how hard it is to tell the difference I mean it's not like they don't look the same and weigh the same. But that's fine it's the fact that this sorry excuse for a company will not return any calls or emails about this. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHEATS AND FRAUDS.
