I never received my product and have not received a refund. I spoke with a newegg representative and nothing happened. Worst experience I have had with them. I got on A-mazon and got what I wanted for a similar price that was delivered in less than 3 days.

Rating + 5 Extremely fast shipping and a great price.

Received the projector bulb way sooner than expected.
Seriously, ordered on June 20th and it was here on June 22nd and that was with standard shipping! Newegg should take lessons from this company.
Now it's July 12 and I just received this review to fill out for Tri Dot Innovation. Again, though I love Newegg, they could learn quite a bit here as it's usually 8 or so days for their orders.
The bulb fit perfectly and was really really inexpensive. I will most definitely use them again and recommend them very highly.

Rating + 1 They will ship your products everywhere but to you

Would not recommend them to anyone. I ordered 3 different products within a week. It has now been 12 days and have not received any of them. I live in PA. 1 has been delivered to VT. 1 to IL and 1 to IN. I have contacted Newegg and Tri Dot and still waiting to hear. The only message they sent was asking ME for tracking numbers which UPS stated they had. and said in their Email that they are in California and the power outages have been causing delays.

Rating + 1 TOTAL SCAM....I ordered Marine Boat Speakers...I received some stick up Wall hangers "W T F" ? This has happen several times. Then the say it was a mistake and are out of the correct item..... Wan

I will never buy from this joke of a company again
If I could upload a pic of what they sent instead of speakers you'd say W T F
Then you cannot reach anyone to help you and say they'll call back....Yeah right

Would not recommend this seller. Ordered a desktop computer and received with OPEN box. Returned to seller with RMA written clearly on outside of SHIPPING BOX per seller's return instructions. Seller claimed SHIPPING BOX was manufacturers packaging and my return is void. Seller refuses to refund money. Beware, this seller is shady.

Rating + 1 Misleading to say the least

They say to get your business, that the bulb is an original Osram but when I got the lamp the Osram brand was nowhere to be found on the whole thing itself. That is not nice and also that no brand bulb doesn't put out as much light as the Osram that was originally in my projector. Very disappointed

Rating + 1 Absolute nightmare, 5hrs on the email and phone, STILL WAITING ON REFUND

bait and switch they send out old telephone lines wires etc. Trying to get my money back. They dont honor there original lisstings price for item described. I bout 37 items ALL WERE NOT SENT CORRECTLY STILL WAITING ON NEWEGG TO HONOR ADVERTISED PRICE. STAY WAY AWAY!
