Rating + 4 Very Impression good for the seller.

The product that I received is in pretty condition, according the advertised options and completely functional. The battery is in moderate condition and last about two and half hours. It is OK for old-refurbished product. Better 500GB HD is installed then the original spec from the another hand the memory is modified instead one 4GB 1600Mhz stick two 2GB 1333MHz are installed. For this price with complete new W7 professional it is very good deal.
I would definitely will recommend and buy again such products from this seller. I hope US Micro Corp keeps the same pace and don't disappoint their customers

Rating + 1 Poor Customer Service

Bought two refurbished toughbooks (CF-30) from them. The new Win 8 OS wasn't compatible with the older components (touchscreen). Customer service stated this was a known problem and claimed that using the Windows Vista drivers would work. When I tried to install them, they would not work. The touchscreen is STILL inoperable on the units. After multiple a lengthy email trail to troubleshoot and fix my issue, they eventually just stopped responding to me. I won't be buying from them again.

Rating + 1 "Refurbished" = "USED" "Off-Lease"

Very un-impressed with my purchase of an off-lease monitor. I should have read the reviews first. Clearly "refurbished" means taking an old, used piece of office equipment, throwing it in a box and shipping it out. The "refurbished" part means they threw in a new cord. What I thought was a returned relatively new computer monitor turned out to be an old, dirty, heavily used piece of old office equipment. I wonder what life is left in this monitor? Probably very little. Anyway BUYER BE WARE! Read the REVIEWS!

I got my refurbished laptop with a battery only holding 21% of charge. emailed to Micro Corp through Newegg online 3 times no response. called twice no one answers (except message). one time a lady answered but hanged up in 5 seconds. Never buy from Micron Corp!

Rating + 5 Received this laptop in EXCELLENT condition.

Very little hint of this laptop as being used. All Drivers installed and up-to-date. Very little Windows Updates to complete. I am very pleased with this laptop and US Micro Corp for their excellent work and value. Will not hesitate to buy from again. I already did so. Laptop was well packed and fully functional.It came with 1 - 4GB SODIMM board, making it less expensive to go to 8GB of RAM {2nd SODIMM slot empty}.
I would highly recommend this to anyone considering a purchase from US Micro Corp.

Rating + 1 Bad Seller !

I bought a Dell laptop (E6230) for my daughter. When my daughter opened the package, the laptop was dusty and it lost 2 caps (1 for EC slot, and 1 for SC slot), and the battery hold only 95%, even though I recharged 3 times.
This is the first laptop of my daughter so that she liked it, but I am so disappointed.

Malware came installed on my machine. It creates annoying pop-ups, coercing the user into buying the software. I'm now sitting cleaning the machine. Never buying from this seller again.

No where did it say refurbished. Called the seller and no one will answer. This is the second time I have been burned by 3rd party sellers on Newegg.

    US Micro Corp provides a 60 day limited warranty on all products we sell, unless otherwise noted on original description of product. This warranty includes any hardware defects and EXCLUDES any software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. In addition we do not test laptop batteries therefore battery life will not be covered by any warranty unless otherwise noted on original description of product. The warranty date will start from the time your item has been invoiced. We will offer refunds only within the first 30 days of receipt. Under no circumstance will the original shipping charges be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If you choose to return your item instead of using your warranty for repair or replacement you may be subject to a restocking fee. Any buyer remorse returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
