Purchased a laptop that developed an issue. Prompt service to address the problem and issue a replacement. Return shipping was prepaid, a very welcome touch in the crowd of pay to return vendors, shows that they will stand behind their products. Will not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

Rating + 5 Good value, responsive customer service

The unit I ordered was offered at an excellent price. It was received within the estimated delivery time, and the unit was clean and in reasonable shape for a refurb (a few scratches, but nothing major). It is important to understand that these systems are refurbished to be functional - not to be "factory new" in appearance. Over time, Lenovo made some changes to the exact configuration of this particular model even though they retained the same model designation. The unit I received had some differences from what was pictured/described in the listing. I contacted US Micro via email, and they made what I felt was a reasonable accommodation, quickly, and with no hassle. I would do business with them again.

Rating + 1 Extremely poor Customer Service

I purchased a refurbished laptop.
In general it's a good machine - it has some scratches here and there and a little dirty but that's ok with me - it's not new...
However, I just got it and some buttons on a keyboard are not working - exactly 'Delete' and 'Backspace' buttons are not working from time to time, which is inconvenient, so I tried to contact the Seller. First, you get to Customer Service, explain the issue and they transfer you to their Technical Support. Unfortunately, tech support never picks up the calls and never calls back... I was trying to reach them 3 days in a row, leaving detailed message with the phone number each time - no result... Now, even customer service stopped picking up my calls - I think they recognize the number and ignore it...

Sent wrong monitor, 1680x1050 resolution instead of 1920x1080 as advertised. However, it's for an office computer so I am not worrying about it, just be aware.

Rating + 5 Great Computers! Even Better Support!

I will say I've had no luck with the phone support (but I hate using the phones anyways), but email is prompt with assistance even during the busy holidays being beyond expectation, even if it were Dell themselves on the other end. Will definitely spend extra in the future to choose this seller over another with the same product. NOTE: This is not a product review.

The first time when I powered it on, the fan did not work. BIOS showed that this problem existed 3 months ago before I bought it. Ask for return, and no response. Do Not Buy from them.

RMA Policy
    US Micro Corp provides a 60 day limited warranty on all products we sell, unless otherwise noted on original description of product. This warranty includes any hardware defects and EXCLUDES any software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. In addition we do not test laptop batteries therefore battery life will not be covered by any warranty unless otherwise noted on original description of product. The warranty date will start from the time your item has been invoiced. We will offer refunds only within the first 30 days of receipt. Under no circumstance will the original shipping charges be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If you choose to return your item instead of using your warranty for repair or replacement you may be subject to a restocking fee. Any buyer remorse returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
