Rating + 5 Nicely packed

I got a great deal on two dell 2007fp monitors. Sure the backs were a bit scuffed, but the panels were great! The stands had a lot of scuff marks on them but I didn't care because I kept the stands from my old dell monitors and popped the panels on my old stands. I would easily buy more from these guys again.

Rating + 3 Misleading Specs

I ordered 3 HP computers. I wish they would say "Pentium Dual-Core" but they list them as "Core Duo" which makes you think they are probably Core 2 Duos. They are not wrong, but it's terrible wording. Also, one of the DVD drives did not work. Overall, decent machines

Rating + 5 Refurbished Desktop & Monitor Order

Ordered a refurbished monitor & desktop. System arrived within 2 days of order. System was very clean and loaded with Windows and other small pieces of key software, no adware/bloat ware. Unfortunately the system they shipped was not the specifications that I ordered. I contacted US Micro, they immediately apologized and worked quickly to make it right. Outstanding customer service. I would certainly order from them again. I highly recommend them.

Purchased above from US Micro on 5/10/14. Wasn't what I needed. 19 phone calls & emails later, I rec'd a phone call and was sent tracking labels. Cartons mailed back, rec'd at dock. No credit back to my credit card. More emails. Still waiting.

Rating + 1 Outright lies.

Sold a computer unit as refurbished when, upon inspection, it became clear that no effort to refurbish the unit had been made. Additionally the unit was missing components and no mention was made of this in the sale. The unit was also completely non-functional.

Do not buy from this vender.

Rating + 5 1st Class Refurbished

I ordered 6 refurbished ThinkPad laptops of the same type from the seller. They arrived fast and in great condition. However one came with 4 gigs ram vs the 8 gigs it was supposed to. I contacted the seller and 2 days later I had the RAM. I would buy from them again any day.

Rating + 1 Bad keys on laptop keyboard

Started laptop and tried to enter license to boot and almost 1/3 of the keys on the keyboard didn't work! Couldn't even get thru the licensing! So I've already paid for it, they wouldn't send a replacement until they got the bad laptop in and tested, 22 days without a laptop!!!

Rating + 4 Problems with Microsoft

I got this refurb because I had on old microfilm scanner with an old PCI card to interface to it.
The computer failed. (It was the motherboard that failed.) (The scanner cost a lot more than the computer.)
So I wanted the exact same computer. Windows 7 on the referb worked at first, until I swapped in the old PCI card. After that, Windows 7 reported that it was illegal. I finally got it working by cloning XP from the HD on the failed computer to the referb computer, but it was a lot of work.

Bought a laptop, wrong model was shipped with a dead battery, Called tech support, they don't warranty batteries or check them, the Tech said they would ship a replacement battery, that was 12 days ago, Scammers

In addition we do not test laptop batteries therefore battery life will not be covered by any warranty unless otherwise noted on original description of product. The warranty date will start from the time your item has been invoiced. We will offer refunds only within the first 30 days of receipt. Under no circumstance will the original shipping charges be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If you choose to return your item instead of using your warranty for repair or replacement you may be subject to a restocking fee. Any buyer remorse returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

RMA instructions
