Rating + 1 Good service, But Poor Quality Product

The item purchased was inferior in construction. I previously purchased the exact item 7t years ago. I was getting warn and I decided to replace it with the exact item because I really liked the style and performance. This item recently purchased is stitched together very crookedly and looks like a second defective rather than the first rate quality I had perviously purchased.

Wish I had the option to give zero eggs. I needed my item as soon as possible for my company's legal dept during their tax time crunch. After 2 weeks and many attempts to contact UnbeatableSale, I am informed they do not have my item.
Had I not been so persistent with my calls and emails; when would they have actually notified me about the missing item?

Rating + 1 Remove from marketplace-bad seller tarnishing Newegg's repuation

UnbeatableSale was was the only place still carrying discontinued office item-Avery write-on-tabs 16140.
I needed to stock up on these for our legal dept, so I placed an order for 36 on 4/17. ETA 5-7 days for delivery.
No shipping notification after 8 days, CS cannot give me any details about my order. Contact Unbeatablesale again on 4/26, and learn they do not have the item and will cancel the order. Had I not called multiple times, how long would it have taken them to discover their error on their own? An additional 9 days?

tldr;
outdated website results in 9days wasted, hell to pay with my bosses.

Rating + 1 Poor Communications

If I could give a rating less than 1, I sure would. Not a very customer-friendly seller when it comes time to requests a RMA# and refund. Still waiting for my refund after nearly 10 weeks have passed since the merchandise was returned to the exact address given to me for returns to Unbeatable Sales. Very disappointed that Newegg would allow this seller to continue selling in the Marketplace.

Rating + 5 Broken Item (Glass) - Took great care of issue

So ordered a glass bowl and original shipment was broken but no external damage on box. Shipped a replacement quickly. The marketplace communication system is a problem since no images, no url's, no email addresses. Once I was able to contact seller outside NewEgg marketplace - no issues.

RMA Policy
    Our return policy is one of the most highly rated today. Unbeatablesale.com has a money back guaranty on products returned within 30 days. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us for an RA. Once you receive an RA all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
    If the items is damaged in transit or DOA an exchange will be made or refund issued.


    Please Note:
    1) For all furniture items we will replace any parts that are damaged but the item may notbe returned if you changed your mind.

    5) We will not accept returns on any Costumes purchased from Aug. 1 until Oct 30. - after October 30. Also, We will not accept any returns at all for any Wigs, Makeup, Tights or Shoes that have been worn. Please note that costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. As part of our hassle free return policy you can return any item that doesn’t meet your full satisfaction
RMA instructions
    1) Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If you do not call us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to refund you. 2) Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery. 3) If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Call our customer service department immediately at (888)657-8436.
