You should eliminate this vendor from your website. Charged my account and provided a shipping number but now after 30 days, still has not arrived and have not answered my emails. You didn't have a zero so I had to choose poor instead of less than zero.

They have some good prices, but shipping prices are kinda high. It has been shipped already with no tracking number. It's been over a week and I haven't received it yet. For the rate of the shipping price, it shouldn't take that long to get here. In my opinion, Newegg should not do business with this company.

READ OTHER REVIEWS. THEY JUST TAKE MONEY AND WANT SHIP ITEM. THEY LIE TO NEWEGG AND SAY IT IS SHIPPED BUT THIS IS ALL FRAUD. WORSE NEWEGG WILL NOT HELP . I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND MY CREDIT CARD TO TRY AND GET MY MNEY BACK.

Rating + 1 Don't buy Keystone Jacks from this seller

I ordered what should have been a bag of 13 Keystone Jacks according to Newegg's site. They shipped me ONE jack. And on top of that I had to pay $12.95 in shipping costs for a tiny envelope with ONE jack. I ended up paying $24.95 for ONE jack that would have cost me $2.00 anywhere else.

They posted to have in stock a 1000W MUSIC STREAMING LOUD SPKR so I placed the order. After 3 days of the order they send me an email saying that the product has been shipped. I was waiting for my order to arrive to my house and after a week of waiting i decide to call them to find out where was my order and they told me that they never ship anything to me and my order was in backorder. I requested to Newegg a refund that they did provide to me. I always buy things from neweggs and its affiliates and never have any issue with the service but this company is really the worse.

The suction cup hooks were shipped fast and received in good condition. Unfortunately, they didn't work on the surface where I wanted to use them. Returning them was no problem.

Rating + 5 Efficient, fast, and careful!

After perusing the reviews for this company, I was quite apprehensive when deciding to go ahead an order an air conditioner from them last week. Especially with the 100+ degree weather we were just experiencing. I was actually expecting to not receive my air conditioner for some time, if at all.

I worried for nothing. Within 3 days (not counting the weekend, my A/C unit arrived just around noon, in excellent condition via UPS! I could not have been happier. The heat wave had actually just subsided right after I ordered the unit, but next week it's suppose to be back up to near triple digits, so it's still perfect timing. It's now installed and ready to cool when needed!

RMA Policy
    Our return policy is one of the most highly rated today. Unbeatablesale.com has a money back guaranty on products returned within 30 days. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us for an RA. Once you receive an RA all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
    If the items is damaged in transit or DOA an exchange will be made or refund issued.

Also, We will not accept any returns at all for any Wigs, Makeup, Tights or Shoes that have been worn. RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
