Rating + 5 Great Service

There's a lot of bad reviews for these guys so I was a little hesitant to order from them. I called before placing the order and was able to reach a customer rep on the 4th ring. He told me the item I was ordering was in stock and the expected ship time. I placed the order and these guys shipped the same day and I got the package a day early.

I wish I could rate this software but I can't because I still haven't received it? Your second party vender sent the order to a third party shipper who got the packages mixed up, an educated guess as to what happened is as follows, I received a Bluetooth speaker instead of the Hallmark software I ordered, and I'm willing to bet that who ever ordered this speaker got my software. Someone was asleep at the wheel! and I am not happy!

I reported on the RMA that I was returning an item because the quality was less than expected...it was cheap and thin. They changed it to "No longer needed" That is a dishonest way to try to keep their reputation. They should not be a seller on NEWEGG!

What a horrible experience i had with this company...probably the worst costumer service I have ever received! I received a shipping invoice continuing my package 11 days before Christmas "I chose 3-5 day shipping" I called on 23rd my package was not even shipped it yet!! I got put on hold by a very rude woman, just to be hung up on 22 minutes later!! I finally got my package on the 7th of January! I will never use them again...I'd give them a zero but t won't allow me so they get 1

Received an email saying package was shipped and was estimated to arrive in 5 days - with an empty field where the tracking number was supposed to be. When it did not arrive in 5 days I contacted NewEgg and Unbeatable Sale to get the tracking number, and although NewEgg was of help, no tracking number was sent. Until 2 weeks after the order (and one day after the package arrived). The product is fine, but the lack of any response would keep me from ever ordering from them again.

Don't buy anything from here. Your purchase will not be honored. Their customer service line is non-existent. You won't be able to receive a refund. They will avoid speaking with you while you try to negotiate one.

This is a scam.

RMA Policy
    Our return policy is one of the most highly rated today. Unbeatablesale.com has a money back guaranty on products returned within 30 days. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us for an RA. Once you receive an RA all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
    If the items is damaged in transit or DOA an exchange will be made or refund issued.


    Please Note:

Also, We will not accept any returns at all for any Wigs, Makeup, Tights or Shoes that have been worn. Please note that costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
