Rating + 5 The customer service is better than expected!!

The item that I ordered from this seller is perfect. Functionality and quality are as described. The only problem I had was that the seller took more than 10 day for the item to be delivered to my house while it said in the order confirmation that it would take around 8-16 days. Still giving Ur-Choice-Ltd 5 eggs for nice service, a good product, and a decent price. Not their fault for Shipping.

Very unprofessional, told me that I was "missing" the provided nano receiver. I was told multiple times, that I was glancing over it. Which I was not. One of the negative contacts in the mouse was completely removed from the housing and not in the mouse. I was told again I was "glancing over it and I need to look again."

Rating + 5 It has a smooth texture to the mouse, it feels very soft to the touch. Great mouse for the price I paid.

I sweat a lot when i play games, and the mouse I was using was getting slick so this helps to keep a grip.

The mouse works perfectly but the keyboard on the other hand....some of the keys don't work unless pressed very roughly like mashing it. I do NOT regret my purchase whatsoever cause the mouse works better than expected (works on surfaces most wireless mice wouldn't).

Like this mouse, every day use, quiet, easy setup

No software with it, had to find compatible software.

Other Thoughts:
They only shipped one mouse with my order of 2, emailed company and they sent out second to correct the oversight. Gavin was great to deal with, great communications.

I bought this mouse as a good deal, and it turns out that I really like it.

Not everyone will like it. I tried to figure out a way to keep the LED at one color, but it keeps on switching between all of its colors in a pre-programmed cycle. I know that could be a deal breaker for some, but I actually realized I don't care since I didn't get the mouse to look at it, and whenever I do glance at it, it's nice to see a random color instead of the same one getting old.

It's also somewhat heavy for mouse, which I like since it allows for more precise movement. It also tracks on more surfaces than my other mice.

It really is better suited for gaming. The auxiliary buttons are well placed. But at the same time it doesn't feel like a normal gaming mouse. It almost feels like its buttons are modular. I am fully satisfied for the price I paid.

Just note that it is international shipping and will not get delivered quickly.

Return Instruction
