Standard Return Policy
The warranty period for the 3D-Bee unit is one (1) year on parts and ninety (90) days on labor from the documented date of your purchase. Replacement parts and units are warranted for a period of thirty (30) days on all models, in each case, date of product return to the customer.
What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by (a) acts of God, accident, abuse, neglect, shock, electrostatic discharge, power surges, heat or humidity beyond product specifications, improper installation, voltage supply, operation, maintenance or modification; or (b) any misuse contrary to the instructions in the user manual; or (c) malfunctions caused by other equipment. This limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations including the unauthorized removal of any component or external cover. This limited warranty does not cover products sold "AS IS", "FACTORY REMANUFACTURED", or by a non-authorized reseller.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED OR DESCRIBED ABOVE. WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR PERFORMANCE.VEFXi TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL LOSSES AND DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING VEFXi NEGLIGENCE, ALLEGED DAMAGE, OR DEFECTIVE GOODS, WHETHER SUCH DEFECTS ARE DISCOVERABLE OR LATENT, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. VEFXi SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA, COMMERCIAL LOSS, LOST REVENUE OR LOST PROFITS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
What Will VEFXi Do?
If VEFXi authorizes you to return your product to VEFXi or an authorized service provider, VEFXi will repair your product or replace your product with a functionally equivalent or better replacement product. If VEFXi chooses to replace your product, the replacement product may be previously used, repaired and tested to meet VEFXi's specifications. VEFXi will pay to ship the replacement product to you only within in the country or region of the original purchase. By sending product for replacement, you agree to transfer ownership of the original product to VEFXi. VEFXi will not return your original product to you. VEFXi warrants that repaired or replaced products are covered for the greater of either the remainder of the original product warranty or 30 days.
How Does State Law Apply?
Some states do not allow limitations on how long a warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you to the extent limited by applicable law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
This warranty will be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA., excluding the application of its conflicts of law rules to the contrary. This warranty will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. You hereby irrevocably submit to jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon, USA, with respect to any proceeding under this warranty. You will not prosecute any action, suit, proceeding or claim arising under or by reason of this warranty except in such courts. This warranty may only be modified in writing signed by an authorized officer of VEFXi. This warranty is not transferable

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
