The speaker system showed up with one of the speakers distorting badly at any volume level regardless of the input source. I've been trying to deal with VMinnovations about an RMA for about a week now and can't get anything more than an initial response that they are sorry and what am I using for an audio source. Hopefully this gets resolved soon and I can leave a better review. On the plus side, the speaker that worked sounded pretty good.

Purchased a quarts heater from this marketplace vendor. The item was never delivered; whether this was theft or shipping error, I do not know. I contacted VMInnovations for resolution and they told me they would sell me a second unit for a discount. I didn't like that solution, but their customer support told me that was all they could do for me. I then raised the issue with newegg support directly, and then VMInnovations sent a replacement unit. I will probably not shop from VMInnovations again, but I have and always will stand behind newegg!

I humbly suggest that you do not do business with this company. There simply is not a single issue that they were transparent on. The product was absolutely not "like new", it did not arrive with the promised attachments (every associated product was missing except the vacuum tubes), did NOT work as new, and they are not customer friendly. My frank recommendation is to NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. They over-promised, underperformed and in the end did not deliver the product promised. In addition, when I attempted to make the purchase right (to include the purchase of a new product they never responded) their customer service is borderline horrendous. My input, don't do it and NEVER AGAIN!

Fast shipping and smooth transaction, I placed an order during the weekend and the item was shipped the following day. Item received in good condition and in secured packaging. Highly recommended seller.
