Rating + 2 Return process does not work

Order a headset but decided it was not for me. I tried to return it so contacted the seller. We exchanged about 5 emails trying to get an RMA and in the end I am still waiting on a shipping label. They stopped responding.

The third partly selling process seams like a work in progress. I will never order third party from Newegg again. If you get tired of following up then you get stuck with something you don't want. There is no accountability in the third party system.

Ordering products directly from Newegg has always been great.

This seller has provided great support. Unfortunately, the item I purchase through them did not meet my needs (purchased some headphones and the ear buds did not fit snugly in my ears). I reached out to seller to return them (expecting to get basically no money back after re-stocking fees, shipping, etc). However, the seller instead offered me a full refund. Also, all the communications were fast and helpful.

Rating + 1 Product doesn't work

I've ordered this same product once before and it workedd perfectly. This time, I took the product out of the package, plugged it in to the wall and didn't see the signature light bulb light up and thought maybe it was the outlet. Tried two more and determined the product was simply a dud. I'm ordering one more, but it would be greatly appreciated if I could get a refund on this recent purchase

Rating + 1 Don't order if you want it anytime soon

Ordered item from a flash sale email which I logged on fairly soon after receiving email. Ordered on the 20th of October and by that night had a tracking number, it is now the 4th of November and USPS still shows it pre-shipment. Seems like a scam because that triggers Newegg to show it as shipped and probably them getting paid yet they don't even have it in stock. If I didn't know any better this was group buy in disguise. I haven't heard word one from the seller and the worst part is this was supposed to be a gift item.

Product Quality (2/5): Headphones worked well with the 5hrs it lasted on the battery. Overall, the product seemed fragile. Because of this I contacted the seller to refund/replace.
Sale Service (4/5): Got my headphones replaced. Unfortunately, it was the same model for I was in need of another replacement. Due to the courtesy and consideration of the Victake salesman, I figure I'd write this review including the service.
Pricing (3/5): It wasn't expensive, but it was a "" deal that I couldn't pass up.
Shipping (1/5): Less than 2 weeks (replacement also took about the same time), little too long for me.

Rating + 1 Poor Follow Through on Orders

I purchased an item on 10/20/15 and the very next day I received a tracking information update that listed the package status as "pre-shipment" so I assumed the carrier was just waiting for the package to be dropped off for shipping. It is now 10/30/15 and the status remains the same with no updates from the seller. I can't blame the shipping company if they never received anything but at this point I am left believing they accepted my money but did not follow through on delivering their product. It is a real shame since others seem to have had such success with this company, but I see I am not the only one taken advantage of by some of the other reviews.
