Company created a shipping label then cancelled it and hasn't shipped product or replied back to my request for an updated tracking number in 5 days. Unable to reach the company.

Rating + 1 Sales brokem merchandise and then says is going to send replacement and never does.

I would never purchase from this seller again, they sent me a mouse that doesn't work, then after I complained they said they were sending another one free of charge, which they never sent. Now this product is beyond it's return date and I can't do anything except throw away the defective mouse they sold me. Bad Customer Service

Rating + 3 Good product, great price, customer service needs improvement.

Product arrived in a timely manner and was well packed. Since I had a compatibility issue using the product with one of my computers I decided to contact their customer service. Although I realize they weren't tech support, I decided to make an inquiry just in case another customer had a similar problem and they were aware of a solution. Several messages were exchanged with requests for additional information. In their last message it was apparent they were not reading my previous messages that contained the information they were asking. I then decided to conclude my discussion and look elsewhere for a solution.

- Information is limited.
Seems to go to sleep and needs to be turned off/on for mouse feature to work again.

I would not recommend buying any of their products, they seem like they are scammers, I bought a mouse thinking it was a good deal, now it's stuck in pre-shipment and the item page is now gone.

Buy from VicTake if you want them to steal your money.
