I am very disappointed. I requested standard shipping (5-7 business days) and paid $7.88 for shipping. I received my items past the standard shipping (the 8th business day is when I received my items).

I still have NOT gotten my product I ordered from you. I called the support line and was treated like an idiot and that it was MY problem.
Your company IS the WORST experience I ever had and I will actively tell other to not to shop at NewEgg.

Rating + 1 Very Poor

I received my package (Extreme Sport Beans, Cherry, 24 Bags 95084377Item #: 9SIA0U40861643), however, the FedEx packaging was torn open at one end. The inside box was also torn open, and 2 out of 24 bags were missing. At ~$1.00 per bag, these 2 that were missing have now wiped away any savings I originally recognized by using this site/vendor. From now on, I will go to a store I know and trust (local bike shop, REI, etc), and get everything I paid for.

Newegg got the order right...VitaDigest send the wrong merchandise. Don't like that I have to deal with them to fix it so I just ate it...too much of a hassle. My time is worth 55.00 hr. Won't be back.

Rating + 5 Had issues but great customer service and pricing

Originally ordered 3 bottles of a supplement and only 1 showed up. Great price compared to other sites.

After contacting customer service they asked me a couple questions and then got the other 2 bottles shipping. Contacted them once more to check the status and they got my set up with 2nd day delivery. Got them today.

Couple hiccups but the customer service was great. Thanks Tiffany and Eduardo.

The Price was Excellent and the Quality was awesome. The Berry flavored power bar is great as a healthy snack. $14 bucks and change per case is the best price I have ever seen for this item.

    All products ordered and not processed/packed in our ordering system can be cancelled (via E-mail or telephone) for a full refund (including shipping). If you plan on canceling, please let us know ASAP since we do process orders as soon as we can (in general before 12PM PST). If the order has already been processed/packed, then we will refund your order minus a 15% restocking fee.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
